高职学生职业心理素质与职业价值观教育研究

【摘要】：高职教育培养适应地方经济社会发展需要的高素质和高技能型人才。高职院校不仅要提高学生的专业知识和专业技能,而且也要提高学生的各种素质,使学生的知识和能力结构符合职业岗位的要求。高职院校应培养学生形成良好的职业心理素质和正确的职业价值观,促进高职学生提高就业竞争力。目前,高职学生的职业价值和职业心理素质还存在不足,影响了高职学生的就业,高职院校应转变素质教育的观念;加强实践教学,增强学生对职业岗位的认识,引导学生制订正确的学习目标和职业生涯规划,促进学生学习;拓宽教育渠道,开展灵活多样的第二课堂活动,提高高职学生职业心理素质和职业价值观教育的实效性。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education trains high-quality and high-skilled talents to meet the needs of local economic and social development. Higher vocational colleges should not only improve students' professional knowledge and skills, but also improve students' various qualities, so that students' knowledge and ability structure can meet the requirements of professional posts. Higher vocational colleges should train students to form good professional psychological quality and correct professional values, and promote vocational students to improve their competitiveness in employment. At present, the vocational value and psychological quality of higher vocational students are still insufficient, which affects the employment of higher vocational students, so higher vocational colleges should change the concept of quality-oriented education, strengthen practical teaching, and enhance students' understanding of vocational posts. To guide students to formulate correct learning goals and career plans, to promote students' learning, to broaden educational channels, to carry out flexible and diverse second classroom activities, and to improve the effectiveness of vocational psychological quality and vocational values education of higher vocational students.
