职业技术学院物理课程实施有效教学的实践研究

【摘要】：有效教学主张通过观察和测量来考察教学的效果、效益、效率，即“教学的科学”。有效教学的提出有明显的科学主义和实用主义的烙印。有效教学即为有效地促进学生发展的教学。除了学生新知识技能的获得，还包括思维能力的发展以及情感、态度和价值观。基于对职业学院物理课程要求的认识以及对当前职业学院物理教学现状的思考，以及学习理论和物理学科的特点，笔者认为在教学中有必要实施有效教学。首先笔者对所在学校的物理教学现状做了调查研究，并分析了这一现状，发现在职业技术学院物理课程实施有效教学是十分必要的，也是可以进行实践检验的。然后，简述了有效教学的概念和标准，分析了物理有效教学研究的意义并提出了有效教学的相关的原则和策略。最后，，本文以职业学院物理学习内容的特点和学习过程的规律为线索，对教学准备过程中目标的确定和策略的运用，学生学习准备情况的了解以及教材的处理和教学方法的选择等进行探索，进而实施有效教学尝试，实践结果证实了在职业技术学院物理课程中实施有效教学，提高了物理课程教学质量，同时也间接地影响了学生学习专业课以及成绩的提高，也提高了教师自身的教育教学水平，有利于职业技术学院人才培养目标的落实。
[Abstract]:Effective teaching advocates observing and measuring to examine the effect, benefit and efficiency of teaching, that is, "science of teaching". Effective teaching is marked by scientism and pragmatism. Effective teaching is teaching that effectively promotes the development of students. In addition to the acquisition of students' new knowledge and skills, it also includes the development of thinking ability and emotion, attitude and values. Based on the understanding of the requirements of physics courses in vocational colleges and the consideration of the present situation of physics teaching in vocational colleges, as well as the characteristics of learning theory and physics, the author thinks that it is necessary to carry out effective teaching in teaching. Firstly, the author makes an investigation and research on the present situation of physics teaching in the school, and analyzes the present situation, and finds that it is very necessary and practical to carry out effective teaching in the physics course of vocational and technical college. Then, the concept and standard of effective teaching are briefly introduced, the significance of physical effective teaching research is analyzed, and the relevant principles and strategies of effective teaching are put forward. Finally, based on the characteristics of physics learning content and the rules of learning process in vocational college, this paper determines the objectives and the application of strategies in the process of teaching preparation. The understanding of students' learning preparation, the treatment of teaching materials and the selection of teaching methods are explored, and then effective teaching attempts are carried out. The practical results prove that the effective teaching in the physics course of vocational and technical colleges is effective. It improves the teaching quality of physics course, and indirectly affects the improvement of students' professional course and achievement, and also improves the teaching level of teachers themselves, which is beneficial to the implementation of the goal of talent training in vocational and technical colleges.
