高职院校教师企业实践中的知识共享研究

【摘要】：高职院校教师企业实践中的知识共享行为对教师、高职院校教育教学活动具有重要作用,然而,隐性知识的固有特征、高职院校教师主体因素、组织管理体制和组织文化等因素制约了知识共享过程,应从个人层面强调学习与反思并重、组织层面共建实践共同体、制度层面设计多元制度互补三个方面,促进高职院校教师企业实践中的知识共享。
[Abstract]:The behavior of knowledge sharing in the practice of teachers' enterprises in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in teachers and teaching activities in higher vocational colleges. However, the inherent characteristics of tacit knowledge, the main factors of teachers in higher vocational colleges, Factors such as organizational management system and organizational culture restrict the process of knowledge sharing. We should emphasize both learning and reflection at the individual level, build a community of practice at the organizational level, and design multiple systems to complement each other at the institutional level. To promote the sharing of knowledge in the practice of teachers' enterprises in higher vocational colleges.
