产教融合背景下高职院校专业群与产业群协同发展研究

【摘要】：高职教育从工学结合、校企合作到现在的产教融合,专业建设始终是当前职业教育发展中重点内容,也是企业产教融合的契合点。高职院校专业群的布局是直接依据相关产业群链条的组成和发展,体现职业教育服务产业的特色和办学特色。为适应区域旅游产业的转型发展,根据旅游产业(行业)的发展趋势和目标,结合新疆职业大学近年来特色专业群建设的实际经验,深入分析探讨专业群协同发展和构建的背景以及人才培养模式改革、教师发展、创新创业教育、专业群课程体系构建等具体内涵与措施,有利于进一步引领和提升旅游产业发展,促进旅游服务专业群建设,增强职业院校专业的核心竞争力。
[Abstract]:From the combination of work and learning, the cooperation between school and enterprise to the integration of production and teaching, the construction of specialty is always the key content in the development of vocational education, and it is also the fit point of the integration of industry and education in enterprises. The layout of professional groups in higher vocational colleges is directly based on the composition and development of the chain of related industrial clusters, and embodies the characteristics of vocational education service industry and running schools. In order to adapt to the transformation and development of regional tourism industry, according to the development trend and goal of tourism industry, combined with the practical experience of the construction of special specialty group in Xinjiang Vocational University in recent years, The background of collaborative development and construction of professional groups, the reform of talent training mode, the development of teachers, the innovation of entrepreneurship education, the construction of curriculum system of professional groups, and so on, are deeply analyzed and discussed. It is helpful to further lead and promote the development of tourism industry, promote the construction of tourism service specialty group, and strengthen the core competitiveness of vocational colleges and universities.
