我国现代职业教育体系建设的想象与现实

【摘要】：目前,我国已经基本建成世界上规模最大的现代职业教育体系,但是,我国现代职业教育体系的建设水平远未达到世界水准,原因在于,在现代职业教育体系建设过程中,我们往往只抓住了表象问题,而没有抓住实质问题。在想象层面,我们将现代职业教育体系的"出发点"定位于升学,将"突破口"定位于学位体系的建立,将"验金石"定位于顶层设计的完善程度。但在现实层面,现代职业教育体系的"出发点"在于促进学生生涯的多样化发展,"突破口"在于国家资格框架的建立,"验金石"则在于运行机制的完善程度。
[Abstract]:At present, China has basically built the largest modern vocational education system in the world. However, the construction level of China's modern vocational education system is far from the world standard. The reason is that in the course of the construction of the modern vocational education system, We tend to grasp only the problem of appearance, but not the problem of substance. At the imagination level, we position the "starting point" of the modern vocational education system as a starting point for further education, the "breakthrough" in the establishment of the degree system, and the "golden stone" in the perfection of the top-level design. But in reality, the "starting point" of modern vocational education system is to promote the diversified development of students' career, the "breakthrough" lies in the establishment of the national qualification framework, and the "golden stone" lies in the perfection of the operating mechanism.
