以人为本视野下高职院校“生态德育”模式建构

【摘要】:哲学来源于生活,作为一种生活哲学的选题,用哲学的视角来对我们周围的生活多一层理性思考,作为一名在职研究生,我选择的是我自己最熟悉的教育教学生活实践,用哲学的视角去审视、研究我最熟悉的教育生活环境,从中发现不足,引发思考,进而用哲学的理论建构一个相对合理、有效的教学模式,达到哲学的一条最重要、最必要的功能:理论与实践相结合。 “以人为本”是我们当前时代的核心主题,把“以人为本”理念与德育教育相结合在当前的社会研究中还是居于比较重要的位置,而落实到高职德育中,就是要强调“以生为本”,强调德育教育的目的是要从学生的实际情况出发,结合他们的特点,探索出一条适合高职生的德育培养模式,才能取得教学实效。 而“生态德育”模式的提出,就是从“以人为本”的这个再熟悉不过的哲学视角下,提出的一个德育新模式的建构理念。高职“生态德育”的新模式就是既要关注到德育过程的“教师——学生——环境”这条生态链(类生态),也要关注到教师、学生内心的精神世界(内生态),只有这样,德育才是成功的,也才能够从真正意义上说明以人为本的德育的出发点和内涵。 作为时代核心主题的“以人为本”与作为时代热点的“生态德育”,把这两者结合起来对于我们当前的高职德育教育研究有重要的理论价值和实践意义。因为,只有从“以人为本”的视野下去发现当前高职德育教育的不足,才能进而引发思考,,寻找原因,寻求解决的途径,进而建构一个相对合理的“生态德育”新模式,这也是本篇文章研究的目的及意义之所在。
[Abstract]:Philosophy comes from life. As a topic of philosophy of life, I use a philosophical perspective to think more about the life around us. As an on-the-job graduate student, I choose my own most familiar practice of education, teaching and life. To examine and study my most familiar educational and living environment from the perspective of philosophy, to find out the shortcomings, to initiate thinking, and then to construct a relatively reasonable and effective teaching model with the theory of philosophy, so as to reach the most important point of philosophy. The most essential function: the combination of theory and practice. "People-oriented" is the core theme of our current era. Combining the idea of "people-oriented" with moral education is still in a more important position in the current social research, and it is put into practice in higher vocational moral education. It is necessary to emphasize "student-oriented" and to emphasize that the purpose of moral education is to explore a mode of moral education that is suitable for higher vocational students in order to achieve effective teaching only by considering the actual situation of students and combining their characteristics. The mode of "ecological moral education" is the construction idea of a new mode of moral education from the perspective of "people-oriented" philosophy. The new mode of "ecological moral education" in higher vocational education is to pay attention to the ecological chain of "teacher-student-environment" in the process of moral education. Moral education is successful and can explain the starting point and connotation of people-oriented moral education in real sense. The combination of "people-oriented" and "ecological moral education", which is the core theme of the times, has important theoretical value and practical significance for our current study of moral education in higher vocational education. Only when we discover the deficiency of moral education in higher vocational education from the perspective of "people-oriented", can we then start to think, look for reasons, seek solutions, and then construct a relatively reasonable new mode of "ecological moral education". This is also the purpose and significance of this article.
