中职学校校企合作运行机制研究

【摘要】:职业教育校企合作是中职学校培养技能型人才的基本途径。校企合作作为一种办学模式,各办学主体围绕育人的目的进行了实践,但在实践过程中遇到了诸多的困难,影响着职业教育校企合作的有序运行。因此如何保障职业教育校企合作的有序运行成为课题,校企合作运行机制构建迫在眉睫。 本研究认为,受当地经济发展对人才的要求及学校办学条件等多种影响因素的制约,要构建一个放之四海而皆准的校企合作运行机制是不切实际的。因而本研究选取D中职学校和X中职学校作为研究中职学校校企合作运行机制的载体,围绕中职学校校企合作是如何运行的之一核心问题,探讨他们在具体实践中形成的校企合作运行机制,以期为其他中职学校构建校企合作运行机制提供借鉴。 第一章,绪论。作为文章的开端,简要介绍研究源起、研究意义、研究文献综述和研究设计。 第二章,中职学校校企合作运行机制构建的理论基础及现实意义。对职业教育校企合作、职业教育校企合作运行机制等关键词进行概念界定,把它作为后续调研分析的基础。从职业教育校企合作的政策要求和职业教育校企合作的现实呼唤两个方面揭示了中职学校校企合作机制构建的现实意义。 第三章,校企合作运行机制实然在当前学校层面的案例探析。本章主要采用了访谈调查,辅以文献法等研究方法,聚焦案例学校校企合作运行机制。对其成效从共组组织机构、共建师资队伍、共建共享实训基地、建立与优化学生实习管理制度、共同合作开发课程与教材、共同开发校企合作模式方面进行了深入的分析与解读,并发现其中的问题。 第四章,关于中职学校校企合作运行机制建构的若干思考。本章主要是基于职业教育校企合作运行机制的概念界定,结合案例学校校企合作运行机制的经验与问题,提出了中职学校校企合作建构的依据和建构建议。
[Abstract]:School-enterprise cooperation in vocational education is the basic way to train skilled talents in secondary vocational schools. School-enterprise cooperation as a mode of running a school, the main body of the school has carried on the practice around the purpose of educating people, but in the process of practice, it has encountered many difficulties, which has affected the orderly operation of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise in the vocational education. Therefore, how to ensure the orderly operation of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education becomes a topic, and it is urgent to construct the operation mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation. This study holds that it is impractical to construct a universal cooperative operation mechanism of schools and enterprises due to the requirements of local economic development for talents and the conditions for running schools. Therefore, this study selects D secondary vocational school and X secondary vocational school as the carrier to study the school-enterprise cooperative operation mechanism of secondary vocational school, focusing on one of the core issues of how to operate the school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational school. In order to provide reference for other secondary vocational schools to construct the cooperative operation mechanism between school and enterprise, this paper discusses the operation mechanism of cooperation between school and enterprise formed by them in concrete practice. Chapter one, introduction. As the beginning of the article, this paper briefly introduces the origin, significance, literature review and research design. The second chapter, the theoretical basis and practical significance of the operational mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools. The concept of vocational education cooperation between school and enterprise and the operation mechanism of vocational education cooperation between school and enterprise are defined as the basis of follow-up investigation and analysis. This paper reveals the practical significance of the construction of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism in secondary vocational schools from two aspects: the policy requirements of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education and the practical demand of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education. The third chapter, the school-enterprise cooperation operation mechanism in the current school-level case study. This chapter mainly adopts interview investigation and literature method to focus on the operation mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation. The results include organizing organizations, teachers, sharing training bases, establishing and optimizing student practice management system, developing curriculum and teaching materials together. Joint development of the school-enterprise cooperation model in-depth analysis and interpretation, and found the problems. The fourth chapter, about the secondary vocational school-enterprise cooperation operation mechanism construction several ponders. This chapter is mainly based on the concept of the school-enterprise cooperative operation mechanism of vocational education, combined with the experience and problems of the school-enterprise cooperative operation mechanism of the case, puts forward the basis and the construction proposal of the school-enterprise cooperation construction in the secondary vocational school.
