积极心理学在高职思政课教学中的应用研究

【摘要】:高校思想政治理论课新课程方案实施以来,思治课教学逐步步入正轨。但由于高职院校起步晚,发展较慢,思政课教学现状依然不容乐观,教师职业性倦怠、学生学习习得性无助、教学外部环境的消极影响等因素制约了教学实效性的发挥。当我们转换视角,挖掘教师和学生内在的潜能和积极性、内在的美德和善端时,积极心理学取得的研究成果可以为我们不断开创高职思想政治理论课教学新局面提供一个全新的路径。 本文对积极心理学在高职思政课教学中的应用进行了研究,共分五个部分。首先介绍了国内外关于积极心理学的相关研究综述以及本文的研究目的、意义、思路、方法和创新点。其次调研上海市高职思政课教学现状并分析影响因素。第三对积极心理学应用于高职思政课教学的可行性和必要性进行分析。第四部分是重点,具体从三个层面阐述了积极心理学在高职思政课教学中的应用路径。从教育者角度主要是提升教师职业幸福感,完善教师人格品质;建立积极社会支持系统,形成德育育人合力。从教学对象角度主要是提高大学生积极体验能力,培养积极人格品质,优化环境支持系统,,营造思政课堂高职生积极成长的氛围。从教学评价角度主要是确立教师导向性和激励性考核、评价的积极理念和建立知行统一全程动态评价体系,以评促学。本文创新点主要在于把积极心理学理念引入高职思政课教学,并以作者所在高职院校的思政课教学为实证个案,对积极心理学理念在思政课教学中的实践应用进行了探索。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the new curriculum of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities, the teaching of ideological and political theory has been on the right track. However, due to the late start and slow development of higher vocational colleges, the present situation of ideological and political teaching is still not optimistic, teachers' professional burnout, students' learning helplessness, and the negative influence of teaching external environment restrict the effectiveness of teaching. When we shift perspective to tap teachers' and students' inner potential and enthusiasm, inner virtue and goodness, The research results of positive psychology can provide a new way for us to create a new situation of ideological and political theory teaching in higher vocational education. This paper studies the application of positive psychology in ideological and political teaching in higher vocational education, which is divided into five parts. First of all, it introduces the domestic and foreign related research on positive psychology and the purpose, significance, thought, method and innovation of this paper. Secondly, the current situation of ideological and political teaching in higher vocational colleges in Shanghai is investigated and the influencing factors are analyzed. The third part analyzes the feasibility and necessity of applying positive psychology to ideological and political teaching in higher vocational education. The fourth part is the focal point, from three levels elaborated the positive psychology in the higher vocational education thought politics course application path. From the perspective of educators, it is mainly to promote teachers' professional well-being, improve teachers' personality quality, establish positive social support system, and form moral education forces. From the point of view of teaching object, it is mainly to improve the students' positive experience ability, cultivate the positive personality quality, optimize the environment support system, and build the atmosphere of positive growth of the students in the ideological and political classroom. From the perspective of teaching evaluation, it is mainly to establish teacher-oriented and motivational assessment, the positive concept of evaluation and the establishment of a dynamic evaluation system of the whole process of knowledge and practice in order to evaluate and promote learning. The innovation of this paper is mainly to introduce the idea of positive psychology into the teaching of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges, and take the teaching of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges as an empirical case to explore the practical application of the concept of positive psychology in the teaching of ideological and political courses.
