科学发展观视角下我国高职高专教育发展若干问题研究

【摘要】：现代职业教育的科学发展,依然是当前科教兴国和人才强国战略的重要内容。世界经济一体化趋势的形成,对我国现有人力资源结构与人才素质提出了更高要求。我国政府工作报告多次强调经济增长方式要转型,产业结构要升级,社会发展要创新,而这一目标的实现,需要立足科学发展观,积极破解制约高职高专发展的瓶颈与难题,构建科学、合理的,能培养出满足社会生产需求的高技能型、综合型应用人才的现代职业教育体系。本研究从高职高专发展现状入手,探究现代高等职业教育的发展目标和战略定位:从职业教育发展理论、终身教育理论、人本理论、区域经济发展理论、就业理论等方面来阐述,并重点探析科学发展观与高等职业教育的发展关系;深入剖析了高职高专教育发展中的管理体制、投资体制、教育体系、人才培养模式、学生就业等问题,提出在科学发展观的指导下,分别从完善管理体制上,在优化投资体制上,在健全高职高专教育体系上,在人才培养模式上,在就业体系建设上,在职业教育法规建设上,以人为本,统筹兼顾,实现我国高职高专教育的全面、协调、可持续的发展。
[Abstract]:The scientific development of modern vocational education is still an important part of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education. The formation of the trend of world economic integration puts forward higher demands on the structure of human resources and the quality of talents in our country. The government work report of our country has emphasized many times that the mode of economic growth should be transformed, the industrial structure should be upgraded, and the social development should be innovated. However, the realization of this goal needs to be based on the scientific development view and actively solve the bottlenecks and problems that restrict the development of higher vocational colleges and universities. To construct a scientific and reasonable modern vocational education system which can meet the needs of social production and meet the needs of social production. This research starts with the present situation of the development of higher vocational education, probes into the development goal and strategic orientation of modern higher vocational education: from the theory of vocational education development, the theory of lifelong education, the theory of humanism, the theory of regional economic development, This paper expounds the employment theory, and probes into the relationship between the scientific development concept and the development of higher vocational education, deeply analyzes the management system, the investment system, the education system and the talent training mode in the development of higher vocational and technical education. Under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, the author puts forward that under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, we should improve the management system, optimize the investment system, improve the higher vocational education system, improve the personnel training mode, and build the employment system. In the construction of vocational education laws and regulations, people-oriented, overall consideration, to achieve the overall, coordinated and sustainable development of higher vocational education in China.
