高职院校教学管理改革创新研究

【摘要】： 高职院校在我国高等教育规模中已占“大半壁江山”,成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分。当前,以培养学生创新精神和自主学习能力为目的的创新教育,对于现行的以传授已有知识为目的的教育观念、管理体制、运行机制、教学方式等提出了一系列改革的要求。这就决定了高职院校必须及时改变人才培养模式,变革和创新教学管理,使之适应全面推进素质教育、培养创造性人才的需要。教学管理作为高职院校管理的基本活动和中心环节,在学校中具有重要的地位和作用,它是教学活动正常运行的基础,也是提高教学质量的重要保证。目前,高职院校的教学管理正处于一个逐步完善的发展阶段。本课题主要立足于教学管理改革创新的角度,从高职院校教学管理的主要内容和工作特点入手,在对高职院校进行科学、详细的SWOT分析后,总结出了当今高职院校教学管理改革的现状。继而从社会发展的大环境、教学管理本身、人才培养的模式以及现代网络化的趋势四个方面阐述了高职院校实施教学管理改革的必要性及迫切性,并具体详细地提出了高职院校教学管理改革创新的主要内涵:管理者思想的创新、教学管理体制的创新、教学模式的创新、教学方法的创新。最后本文以苏州工业职业技术学院办学7年来进行的教学管理创新与改革作为案例分析,尝试对以上问题进行探索性的研究,提出了高职院校在高职教育飞速发展的背景下积极推进教学管理的改革创新,努力探索符合高职教育发展的教学管理创新。本课题侧重于现状的分析与思考,在研究视野上,借鉴示范高职院校教学管理的经验,侧重于国内研究;在研究目标上,侧重于“现状式”变革研究;在研究层面,侧重于学校层面的研究;在研究对象上,以高职院校特别是苏州工业职业技术学院教学管理改革创新为个案研究。在研究方法上,理论与实践结合,采用案例。关于高校的教学管理,已有论者多从微观或操作层面解说具体问题,本课题坚持理论与实际相结合,比较系统全面地分析论述了高职院校教学管理问题,初步探讨了教学管理改革创新的途径。论文的创新点在于:一是以一个实践者的亲身感受比较客观地对高职院校进行了SWOT分析,从而揭示总结了教学管理的现状;二是抓住了教学管理创新的几个主要方面有针对性地提出了加强和改进高职院校教学管理的措施。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational colleges have become an important part of higher education in our country. At present, the innovative education aimed at cultivating students' innovative spirit and autonomous learning ability has put forward a series of requirements for the reform of the present educational concept, management system, operating mechanism and teaching method aimed at imparting existing knowledge. This determines that higher vocational colleges must change the mode of talent training and reform and innovate teaching management in time to meet the needs of promoting quality education and cultivating creative talents in an all-round way. As the basic activity and central link of higher vocational college management, teaching management plays an important role in the school. It is the basis of the normal operation of teaching activities and the important guarantee to improve the teaching quality. At present, the teaching management of higher vocational colleges is in a stage of gradual improvement. This subject is mainly based on the angle of teaching management reform and innovation, starting with the main contents and working characteristics of teaching management in higher vocational colleges, after carrying out scientific and detailed SWOT analysis of higher vocational colleges, The present situation of teaching management reform in higher vocational colleges is summarized. Then the necessity and urgency of carrying out the reform of teaching management in higher vocational colleges are expounded from four aspects: the great environment of social development, the teaching management itself, the mode of talent training and the trend of modern networking. The main contents of the reform and innovation of teaching management in higher vocational colleges are put forward in detail: the innovation of the management thought, the innovation of the teaching management system, the innovation of the teaching mode and the innovation of the teaching method. Finally, this paper takes the teaching management innovation and reform carried out in Suzhou Vocational and Technical College for 7 years as a case study, and tries to make an exploratory study on the above problems. Under the background of the rapid development of higher vocational education, the author puts forward that higher vocational colleges should actively promote the reform and innovation of teaching management, and strive to explore the innovation of teaching management in line with the development of higher vocational education. This subject focuses on the analysis and thinking of the present situation, drawing lessons from the experience of teaching management in the model vocational colleges, focusing on domestic research; on the research objective, on the "status quo" change research; on the level of research, from the perspective of research. Focusing on the school level of research, in the object of study, the higher vocational colleges, especially the Suzhou Vocational and Technical College of teaching management reform and innovation as a case study. In the research method, the theory and the practice union, uses the case. Regarding the teaching management of colleges and universities, some scholars have explained the specific problems from the micro or operational level. This subject insists on combining theory with practice, and systematically and comprehensively analyzes and discusses the teaching management problems in higher vocational colleges. This paper probes into the ways of teaching management reform and innovation. The innovation of the thesis lies in the following: first, the SWOT analysis of higher vocational colleges is carried out objectively with the personal experience of a practitioner, thus revealing the present situation of teaching management; Secondly, some measures to strengthen and improve the teaching management in higher vocational colleges are put forward.
