大职教视阈下的“新三教统筹”

【摘要】："新三教统筹",就是在大职业教育系统内部,通过整合资源,优化配置,促进职业教育、成人教育、社区(老年)教育统筹协调、融合发展,形成"特色鲜明、多元立交、产教融合、适应需求、充满活力"的多功能办学实体。真正实现三类教育在体制上统筹、规划上统筹、措施上统筹,使三类教育在布局、结构、功能上发挥整体效益。
[Abstract]:"New three Education as a whole" is to integrate resources, optimize allocation, promote coordination and integration of vocational education, adult education, and community (elderly) education within the major vocational education system to form a "distinctive and pluralistic interchange". Integration of production and teaching, to meet the needs, full of vitality "multi-functional school-running entity." In order to make the three types of education play an integral part in the layout, structure and function, the three types of education should be coordinated in system, planning and measures.
