德国职业培训市场的分析——兼谈对我国现代学徒制建设的启示

【摘要】：本文尝试对德国职业培训市场进行分析。培训市场在其现代学徒制培训中发挥了重要的作用,它是学员和企业协商沟通需求的途径,也是社会资源配置的手段。德国的职业培训市场兼具劳动力市场和培训服务市场的特征,且其劳动力市场为不完全劳动力市场;培训市场对职业教育与培训的各参与主体具有激励兼容性,能有效提升职业教育质量,还能使学生从学校到工作的过渡变得更加容易;其顺利运行则建立在各方接受的职业教育标准、健全的社会利益代理及合作机制、完善具体的法律法规体系以及社会市场经济制度基础之上。在分析德国职业培训市场的基础上,本文针对我国现代学徒制的建设提出一些建议。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to analyze the German vocational training market. The training market plays an important role in its modern apprenticeship training. It is a way for students and enterprises to negotiate and communicate their needs, as well as a means to allocate social resources. The German vocational training market has the characteristics of both the labor market and the training service market, and its labor market is incomplete labor market. It can effectively improve the quality of vocational education and make the transition of students from school to work easier. Its smooth operation is based on the accepted standards of vocational education, sound social interest agency and cooperation mechanism. Improve the specific system of laws and regulations as well as the social market economy on the basis of the system. Based on the analysis of German vocational training market, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the construction of modern apprenticeship system in China.
