现代职业教育体系建设中的衔接与沟通

【摘要】：加强纵向衔接与横向沟通,构筑终身教育"立交桥",是现代职业教育体系建设的关键。当前的衔接与沟通中,存在教育观念落后、学制不连贯等问题,造成教育发展的结构性失衡。因此,建构完整的学位序列,加快推进高职本科发展,加快发展专业学位研究生教育,建立职业教育一体化培养机制等,都是现代职业教育体系建设中加强衔接与沟通不可或缺的方面。
[Abstract]:The key to the construction of modern vocational education system is to strengthen the vertical connection and horizontal communication and to build the "overpass" of lifelong education. In the current connection and communication, there are some problems, such as backward concept of education and incoherent academic system, which result in the structural imbalance of educational development. Therefore, to construct a complete degree sequence, to accelerate the development of higher vocational colleges and universities, to accelerate the development of professional graduate education, to establish an integrated training mechanism of vocational education, etc. These are the indispensable aspects of strengthening cohesion and communication in the construction of modern vocational education system.
