公办高职院校生均拨款差异的实证研究——以广西公办高职院校为例

【摘要】：公办高职院校生均拨款水平或生均拨款基本标准差异反映了公共财政体系对高职院校投入的差异,体现了不同地区、不同类型高职院校资源投入的效益差异。通过对高职院校生均拨款水平和生均拨款基本标准的差异进行统计分析,能够评价公共财政拨款对资源配置的影响,对今后财政提高资源配置的公平与效率具有现实的指导意义。
[Abstract]:The difference of the average allocation level of students or the basic standard of the average allocation of students in public vocational colleges reflects the difference of the input of public finance system to higher vocational colleges and reflects the difference of the benefit of resource investment in different regions and different types of higher vocational colleges. Through the statistical analysis of the difference between the average allocation level of students and the basic criteria of the average allocation of students in higher vocational colleges, we can evaluate the impact of public financial allocation on the allocation of resources. It is of practical significance to improve the fairness and efficiency of resource allocation in the future.
