【摘要】：在城市轨道交通快速发展的社会环境下,我国各大中高职院校,也相继开设了城市轨道交通专业。广州市轻工技师学院深入开展市场调研,在城市轨道交通运输与管理专业建设中,探索出"课堂教学+岗位实践+兴趣培养+志愿服务"为一体的"四提升工程"人才培养模式。本文对此专业建设模式进行了探讨,并立足实践对专业发展进行了一些思考。
[Abstract]:Under the social environment of rapid development of urban rail transit, the major of urban rail transit has been set up one after another in each higher vocational college of our country. Guangzhou Light Industry technician College carries out in-depth market research in the construction of urban rail transit and management major, This paper explores the "four promotion projects" personnel training model of "interest cultivation and voluntary service in classroom teaching post practice". This paper probes into the mode of specialty construction, and gives some thoughts on professional development based on practice.
