高职单招“江苏模式”的问题分析与对策研究

【摘要】:江苏省高职单招是江苏省高职单招试点院校在高考前提前选拔人才的一种招生录取方式。该方式不唯分数论,而是采用"文化测试+技能考核或面试"的考核方式,更有利于选拔特殊优秀人才,但在实施过程中,也暴露出一些问题。从知网搜索情况看,目前,对高职单招问题研究存在不足,对高职单招江苏本土化实施成果"江苏模式"的研究更是匮乏。因此,有必要对这些问题进行分析和研究,促进江苏省高职单招健康顺利发展。
[Abstract]:The single recruitment of Higher Vocational College in Jiangsu province is a kind of enrolling method of recruiting students before the college entrance examination in Jiangsu higher vocational college. This method is not only a fraction, but uses the examination method of "cultural test + skill assessment or interview", which is more conducive to the selection of special talents. But in the process of implementation, it also exposes some problems. In the case of search, at present, there is a lack of research on the problem of single recruit in higher vocational colleges, and the research on the "Jiangsu model" of the implementation of Jiangsu localization achievement in Higher Vocational College is more scarce. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and study these problems so as to promote the healthy and smooth development of the single recruit in Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu.
