上海市职业教育实训基地共建共享研究

【摘要】:职业教育实训基地是训练实践操作能力的场所,加强实训基地建设是办好职业教育和提升人才培养质量的关键所在。截至2016年,上海市已建成了 95家职业教育开放实训中心、2家职业培训公共实训基地、89家高技能人才培养基地和7家世界技能大赛集训基地,基本形成了覆盖全市各区县和各专业大类的职业教育实训基地体系。共建共享是实现实训基地长远发展的必然举措,是促使实训基地健康、科学发展的必经之路。从上海市职业教育实训基地共建共享的现状出发,归纳、总结其存在的问题,在此基础上,剖析问题产生的原因,在充分借鉴国内外职业教育实训基地共建共享案例的经验上,并依据相关理论,对上海市职业教育实训基地共建共享提出对策建议。本研究共有六章内容,各章的主要内容如下:第一章,导论。介绍本研究的研究背景和意义、综述国内外相关研究、界定核心概念、呈现研究方案。第二章,上海市职业教育实训基地共建共享的现状调查。通过文献研究法、访谈调查法和问卷调查法的研究方法,分别对上海市职业教育实训基地共建和实训基地共享的现状进行研究。第三章,上海市职业教育实训基地共建共享的问题及原因剖析。基于上海市职业教育实训基地共建共享的现状,分别归纳、总结实训基地共建和实训基地共享存在的问题,并剖析问题产生的原因。第四章,国内外职业教育实训基地共建共享的案例与经验。选取德国"跨企业职业培训中心"、无锡市公共实训基地、常州市科教城现代工业中心以及绍兴市公共实训基地等四大国内外职业教育实训基地进行案例分析,并分析其成功经验。第五章,上海市职业教育实训基地共建共享的对策建议。结合上海市职业教育实训基地共建共享的现状、问题及原因的研究结果以及国内外的案例经验,并根据系统论、利益相关者理论、准公共产品理论及成本分担理论的理论依据,对上海市职业教育实训基地共建共享提出对策建议。第六章,研究反思与展望。总结反思本研究已做工作,对后续研究提出展望。
[Abstract]:The training base of vocational education is the place where the practical operation ability is trained. Strengthening the construction of the training base is the key to running the vocational education well and improving the quality of personnel training. As of 2016, Shanghai has built 95 open vocational education training centers and two public vocational training bases 89 high skilled personnel training bases and 7 world skills competition training bases. It has basically formed a vocational education training base system covering all districts and counties and major categories of the city. Co-construction and sharing is an inevitable measure to realize the long-term development of the training base and the only way to promote the healthy and scientific development of the training base. Starting from the present situation of co-construction and sharing of vocational education training base in Shanghai, this paper sums up and summarizes the existing problems, on the basis of which, analyzes the causes of the problems, and makes full reference to the experience of co-construction and sharing of vocational education training bases at home and abroad. Based on the relevant theories, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the co-construction and sharing of Shanghai Vocational Education training Base. There are six chapters in this study, the main contents of each chapter are as follows: chapter one, introduction. This paper introduces the research background and significance of this study, summarizes the related research at home and abroad, defines the core concepts and presents the research scheme. The second chapter, Shanghai vocational education training base construction and sharing of the status quo. Through the methods of literature research, interview investigation and questionnaire survey, the present situation of co-construction and sharing of vocational education training base in Shanghai is studied respectively. The third chapter, Shanghai vocational education training base co-construction and sharing of problems and reasons. Based on the present situation of the co-construction and sharing of Shanghai vocational education training base, the problems existing in the co-construction and training base sharing of the training base are summarized, and the causes of the problems are analyzed. Chapter four, the case and experience of establishing and sharing vocational education training base at home and abroad. Four domestic and foreign vocational training bases, such as Germany's "cross enterprise vocational training center", Wuxi public training base, Changzhou science and education city modern industry center and Shaoxing city public training base, are selected for case study. And analyze its successful experience. The fifth chapter, Shanghai vocational education training base co-construction and sharing of countermeasures and suggestions. Combined with the present situation, the research results of the problems and reasons, and the experience of the cases at home and abroad, and according to the theory of system theory, stakeholder theory, quasi-public goods theory and cost sharing theory, this paper combines with the status quo, the research results of the problems and the reasons of the co-construction and sharing of the training base of vocational education in Shanghai. The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the construction and sharing of Shanghai Vocational Education training Base. Chapter six, research reflection and prospect. Summarize and reflect on the work done in this study, and put forward the prospect of the follow-up study.
