职业教育的转向:从能力本位到可行能力本位

【摘要】：与能力本位教育着眼于外部市场对劳动力能力需求来开发组织教学内容,进而采取机械式复制性的教育不同,可行能力本位教育注重兼顾人的内在价值及知识与技能的工具价值,注重发挥学习主体的能动性来扩展学习者可行能力集,继而扩展学习主体能动性,使其成长为一个追求理想生活的活生生的人,并初步形成了包括教育理念、教学内容开发与组织、教学方法选择与应用及学习成果评价等在内的较为完整的框架体系。可行能力本位教育不仅在价值理念上更符合我国社会主义核心价值取向,而且能为构建系统性协同的职业教育整体架构提供完整思路,进而为我国经济社会转型和职业教育体系改革发展做出相当贡献。
[Abstract]:The ability based education focuses on the development of the teaching content of the organization of the external market to the demand for the ability of labor, and then takes the mechanical replicative education different. The feasible ability standard education pays attention to the intrinsic value of human beings and the tool value of knowledge and skills, and pays attention to the initiative of the learning owners to expand the feasible ability set of the learners. And then expand the initiative of the subject, make it grow into a living person pursuing ideal life, and initially form a more complete frame system including educational idea, teaching content development and organization, teaching method selection and application and evaluation of learning achievement. The socialist core value orientation of our country can provide a complete train of thought for the construction of the overall framework of the systematic and cooperative vocational education, and make a considerable contribution to the reform and development of our country's economic and social transformation and the vocational education system.
