中职生源流向状态实证研究

【摘要】：完整提取区域范围内15所中职学校生源数据,以生源流入与自然分流方向为逻辑进行分析研究,获得基础性数据:目前生源中超当地普高最低控制分数线人数占比为8.4%,升学导向生源比例为66.3%,平均班额为42.6人,班额系数1.48。经访谈以及现场教学观察,结合近年来的中职政策变化,分析表明:随着中职教育环境的变化,中职对生源的吸引力有了一定提升,中职面向升学教育的倾向更加明显,中职毕业作为就业出口有"逐步关闭"的趋势;同时班额较大,特别是分化程度高,表明中职教学管理依然处于较低的发展水平。
[Abstract]:The source data of 15 secondary vocational schools in the regional range were extracted, and the basic data were analyzed with the source inflow and the natural distributary direction, and the basic data were obtained: the proportion of the minimum control score line in the super local high school was 8.4%, the proportion of the students in the higher school was 66.3%, the average class was 42.6, and the class coefficient 1.48. was interviewed by the interview. And field teaching observation, combined with the changes in the policy of secondary vocational education in recent years, the analysis shows that with the change of the secondary vocational education environment, the attraction of secondary vocational education has been promoted, the tendency of secondary vocational school education is more obvious, and the graduation of secondary vocational school is "gradually closed" as employment export; at the same time, the number of classes is larger and the degree of differentiation is high, It shows that secondary vocational teaching management is still at a low level of development.
