高职高专院校大学生价值取向研究

【摘要】：在经济高速增长，社会迅速发展的当今社会，高职高专大学生价值取向正面临着全新的严峻挑战。因此更要紧跟时代潮流、与时俱进、不断发现问题、总结经验，并以全新的思维方式和角度审视、探索高职高专大学生成长和成才的规律。文中探究了我国高职高专院校大学生价值取向的现状，同时针对现状进行原因分析，进而找出解决方法，为帮助高职高专院校大学生顺利完成社会化的道路提出一些建议。首先在正确把握价值取向含义的基础上，剖析了当代大学生价值取向的现状，进而由一般到特殊，概括出高职高专大学生价值取向的现状及特点。紧接着对高职高专大学生价值取向状况的成因进行分析。第一是高职高专生生情的特殊性，其中包括高职高专生来源的特殊性和心理的特殊性；第二是高职高专院校师情的特殊性，包括高职高专院校师资结构的复杂性、政治理论课教师和辅导员情况的特殊性及高职高专院校领导对学生德育教育认识不足；第三是时代背景和环境的负面对高职高专大学生的影响，，从时代背景、社会环境、校园环境、家庭环境进行了分析、归纳；第四分析了网络对高职高专大学生价值取向教育的消极影响。在对成因分析总结后，紧接着提出构建高职高专大学生价值取向的途径，从以下几个方面进行了对策研究：第一，高职高专大学生心理健康教育对策；第二，加强高职高专院校师资队伍建设；第三，优化各类对高职高专大学生价值取向有影响的教育环境；第四，加快高职高专院校网络阵地建设。在此基础上得出构建高职高专大学生价值取向的意义。第一，共同的价值取向是学校存在与发展的前提；第二，正确的价值取向是教育的两大目标之一；第三，正确的价值取向是个人幸福的基础；第四，正确的价值取向是个人成才的前提。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of economy and the rapid development of society, the value orientation of higher vocational college students is facing a new and severe challenge. Therefore, it is necessary to keep up with the trend of the times, keep pace with the times, constantly discover problems, sum up experiences, and examine them in a new way of thinking and from a perspective to explore the law of the growth and development of college students in higher vocational and technical colleges. This paper probes into the status quo of the value orientation of college students in higher vocational colleges and universities in our country, and analyzes the reasons for the present situation, and then finds out the solutions. In order to help the college students to complete the socialization successfully, some suggestions are put forward. Firstly, on the basis of correctly grasping the meaning of value orientation, this paper analyzes the present situation of value orientation of contemporary college students, and then from general to special. The present situation and characteristics of the value orientation of higher vocational college students are summarized. Then it analyzes the causes of the value orientation of higher vocational college students. The first is the particularity of the students in higher vocational colleges, including the particularity of students' origin and psychology, the second is the particularity of teachers' feelings in higher vocational colleges, including the complexity of teachers' structure in higher vocational colleges. The particularity of teachers and counselors in political theory course and the lack of understanding of moral education among students by the leaders of higher vocational colleges and colleges; third, the negative influence of the background and environment of the times on the students of higher vocational colleges and universities, from the background of the times and the social environment, The campus environment and family environment are analyzed and summarized. The fourth part analyzes the negative influence of network on the value orientation education of higher vocational college students. After analyzing and summing up the causes, the author puts forward the way to construct the value orientation of higher vocational college students, and studies the countermeasures from the following aspects: first, the countermeasures of psychological health education of higher vocational college students; second, Strengthen the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges; third, optimize all kinds of educational environment that affect the value orientation of higher vocational college students; fourth, accelerate the construction of network position of higher vocational and technical colleges. On this basis, the significance of constructing the value orientation of higher vocational college students is obtained. First, common value orientation is the premise of school existence and development; second, correct value orientation is one of the two goals of education; third, correct value orientation is the foundation of individual happiness; fourth, The correct value orientation is the premise of individual becoming a talented person.
