高职辅导员队伍的职业化与专业化建设

【摘要】：文章从新时期高职辅导员队伍建设面临的挑战出发,分析了高职辅导员队伍建设存在的主要问题,包括高职辅导员队伍工作领域界定、职能定位不清晰以及高职辅导员管理体制不利于其能力发挥与职业发展,并指出高职辅导员队伍建设应注重辅导员队伍的职业化与专业化,具体实施途径包括:从顶层设计入手,健全辅导员工作机制与标准;执行辅导员准入制;健全学习培训机制;健全考评、激励机制;健全发展成长机制。
[Abstract]:Starting from the challenges faced by the construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges in the new period, this paper analyzes the main problems in the construction of counselors in higher vocational colleges, including the definition of the working field of the counselors in higher vocational colleges. The function orientation is not clear and the management system of higher vocational counselors is not conducive to their ability and professional development, and it is pointed out that the construction of vocational counselors should pay attention to the professionalization and specialization of counselors. The specific implementation approaches include: starting from the top level design to improve the work mechanism and standards of counselors; to implement the admission system of counselors; to improve the learning and training mechanism; to improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism; to improve the development and growth mechanism.
