面向东盟的天津高职教育国际化招生对策研究

【摘要】：基于中国—东盟政治、经贸及文化教育的全方位合作背景,以推进天津高职教育国际化,扩大招生规模为切入点,梳理东盟国家来津留学生招生现状、机遇及挑战,剖析招生发展的制约因素,从创建留学集团、实现资源共享,多样化招生媒介、拓宽生源渠道,加大资助力度、吸引优秀生源及创新留学生管理、营造口碑效应四个维度提出特色化招生策略,以期为天津在东盟教育市场竞争中谋求更大的市场份额和发展空间,进而助力天津高职教育国际化良性发展。
[Abstract]:Based on the all-round cooperation background of politics, economy and trade, culture and education between China and ASEAN, in order to promote the internationalization of higher vocational education in Tianjin and expand the enrollment scale, the current situation, opportunities and challenges of the enrollment of overseas students from ASEAN countries to Tianjin are combed. This paper analyzes the restrictive factors of enrollment and development, including the establishment of study abroad groups, the realization of resource sharing, the diversification of enrollment media, the widening of channels of students' resources, the strengthening of financial support, the attraction of excellent students and the innovation of the management of foreign students. Four dimensions of word-of-mouth effect are proposed in order to seek greater market share and development space for Tianjin in the competition of ASEAN education market and then help Tianjin higher vocational education internationalization benign development.
