发达国家职业启蒙教育的经验与启示

【摘要】:职业启蒙教育是在中小学阶段开展的,为了帮助学生认知自我、了解职业世界,引导其对学习与未来发展进行思考的教育活动。目前,我国的职业启蒙教育发展缓慢,而美国、英国、日本等发达国家的职业启蒙开始较早,具有丰富的理论研究成果、明确的政策规划和多样的实践路径。以此为借鉴,我国必须通过宏观政策规划来加强职业启蒙教育理念的宣传、依托现有学科课程强化职业启蒙要素的渗透、基于综合实践活动拓宽职业体验认知路径。
[Abstract]:Vocational enlightenment education is carried out in primary and secondary schools. In order to help students understand themselves, understand the professional world and guide them to think about learning and future development. At present, the vocational enlightenment education in our country develops slowly, but the professional enlightenment of the developed countries, such as the United States, Britain, Japan and so on, begins early, with rich theoretical research results, clear policy planning and various practical paths. For reference, our country must strengthen the propaganda of vocational enlightenment education idea through macro-policy planning, strengthen the infiltration of vocational enlightenment elements based on the existing subject curriculum, and broaden the cognitive path of career experience based on comprehensive practical activities.
