高等职业院校学生职业价值观教育的研究

【摘要】：随着改革开放的不断深入,市场经济体制的不断发展,价值观念呈现出多元化的特点,这些都直接影响到人们生活的方方面面,这也在一定程度上影响到当前高职学生的职业价值取向。目前高职学生的职业价值观呈现出四方面的时代特征：职业需要凸显强烈的自我意识、职业价值判断标准趋向现实和具体化、职业价值取向的多样化和复杂化、职业价值实现途径的多样化。高职院校开展职业价值观教育是提升转型期高职学生职业综合素质,解决就业问题的良方；维护学校秩序、发展校园文化的有力举措；市场经济条件下优化人才配置的有效手段。据调查,目前高职院校开展的职业价值观教育存在课程体系尚不完备,教师实施职业价值观教育的能力不足,学校、家庭社会的职业价值观教育合力薄弱,职业价值观教育实施效果令人担忧等问题。为了更好地促进高职院校开展职业价值观教育,高职院校在实施职业价值观教育的过程中应坚持三大理念转向：由“师本教育”向“生本教育”的转变；由“统一性教育”向“个性化教育”的转变；由“孤立分散”向“联合统一”的转变。在坚持理念的基础上,同时要遵循四大原则：理论教学与实践活动相结合的原则；职业价值观教育与职业技能教育相结合的原则；主导职业价值观与个体职业价值观相结合原则；普遍教育与个别辅导相结合原则。研究者基于调查,在理念和原则的指导下,并结合当前高职学生身心发展的特点,提出如下对策：实施职业价值观教育的全程化；完善职业价值观教育的课程体系；加强职业价值观教育师资队伍建设；强化职业价值观教育的特色校园文化；搭建学校、社会、家庭的综合性职业价值观教育平台。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous development of the market economy system, the values show the characteristics of diversity, which directly affect all aspects of people's lives. To some extent, this also affects the vocational value orientation of higher vocational students. At present, the vocational values of higher vocational students are characterized by four aspects: the professional needs to highlight a strong sense of self, the professional value judgment standard to be realistic and concrete, the diversity and complexity of the career value orientation. The diversification of career value. Vocational value education in higher vocational colleges is a good way to improve the vocational comprehensive quality and solve the employment problem of vocational students in the transition period, to maintain the school order and develop campus culture. Under market economy condition the effective means that optimizes talent disposition. According to the investigation, at present, the curriculum system of vocational value education in higher vocational colleges is not complete, the ability of teachers to carry out vocational value education is insufficient, and the resultant force of vocational value education in school and family society is weak. The implementation effect of vocational value education is worrying and so on. In order to better promote vocational value education in higher vocational colleges, higher vocational colleges should adhere to three major ideas in the process of carrying out vocational value education: the transformation from "teacher-oriented education" to "student-oriented education"; The transition from "unity education" to "individualized education" and from "isolated dispersion" to "joint unification". On the basis of adhering to the concept, four principles should be followed at the same time: the principle of combining theory teaching with practical activities, the principle of combining vocational value education with vocational skill education, and the principle of combining vocational value education with vocational skill education. The principle of combining leading professional values with individual professional values, and combining universal education with individual counseling. On the basis of investigation, under the guidance of ideas and principles, combined with the characteristics of students' physical and mental development at present, the researcher puts forward the following countermeasures: implementing the whole process of vocational value education, perfecting the curriculum system of vocational value education; Strengthen the construction of teachers of vocational value education, strengthen the characteristic campus culture of vocational value education, and build a comprehensive vocational value education platform of school, society and family.
