新常态下职业教育中“工匠精神”培育研究

【摘要】：精益求精的"工匠精神"始于职业教育,体现在企业生产和服务过程中。培育"工匠精神"是新常态下产业转型升级的内在要求,也是适应供给侧结构性改革的必然选择。同时,"工匠精神"作为职业教育的精神价值引领,不仅是促进受教育者全面发展和自我实现的现实需要,更是职业教育系统性变革的时代呼唤。新常态下推进职业教育中的"工匠精神"培育,应以校企合作、产教融合为根基,打通"工匠精神"培育通道;以专业实训为手段,强化对受教育者"工匠精神"的启蒙作用;以专业课程为主阵地,将"工匠精神"贯穿于课程教学的始终;以"双师型"师资建设为支撑,为培育"工匠精神"提供基础保障;以校园文化建设为载体,发挥"工匠精神"的熏染作用;以现代学徒制为纽带,大力弘扬"工匠精神"。
[Abstract]:The spirit of craftsman begins with vocational education and is embodied in the process of enterprise production and service. Cultivating "craftsman's spirit" is the inherent requirement of industrial transformation and upgrading under the new normal, and is also the inevitable choice to adapt to the structural reform on the supply side. At the same time, as the spiritual value of vocational education, "artisans' spirit" is not only the practical need to promote the all-round development and self-realization of the educated, but also the call of the times of systematic reform of vocational education. To promote the cultivation of "craftsman's spirit" in vocational education under the new normal, we should take the cooperation of school and enterprise, the integration of industry and education as the foundation, open up the cultivation channel of "craftsman's spirit", strengthen the enlightening function to the educated "craftsman's spirit" by means of professional training. Taking the professional course as the main position, the "craftsman's spirit" will run through the course teaching from beginning to end; with the "double-qualified" teacher construction as the support, it will provide the basic guarantee for cultivating the "craftsman's spirit"; take the campus culture construction as the carrier, Give play to the influence of craftsman's spirit and carry forward the spirit of craftsman with modern apprenticeship system as the link.
