高等职业教育视角下“通识教育课程建设”思考

【摘要】:高等职业教育在我国高等教育中已占据了半壁江山,然而过分强调高职的技能性、应用性、岗位性导致人片面发展的弊端日益突出,通识教育的价值恰恰在于对这种弊端的矫正和超越。通识教育将受教育者作为一个具体的、完整的人而施以全面的教育,旨在培养能积极参与社会、有社会责任感的合格公民。本文从通识教育、高职、通识教育课程、通识教育课程建设的内涵出发;运用调查比较法、文献分析法、个案分析法对国内外高职教育“通识教育课程”发展状况进行对比,运用图表分析国内外高等“通识教育课程建设”的模式,得出如下结论: 通过对各国“通识教育课程建设的模式比较,得出四个基本观点,一是“通识教育课程”是高等职业教育课程的有机构成,成为当代世界高等职业教育发展的必然趋势,二是各国政府和学校都比较重视高职“通识教育课程建设”,以制度保障“通识教育课程”的严肃性、规范性与可操作性。三是高职“通识教育课程建设”的内容与时代发展、国家发展和学校发展有关。四是高职“通识教育课程”制度建设发展,促进了个人发展、学校发展和国家经济发展。高职“通识教育课程建设”,是提高国民综合素质的有效途径,是高职教育品牌效应的重要支撑。 运用矛盾的普遍性与特殊性,对比国内外高职通识教育的经验与教训,总结中国传统文化中对通识教育课程的认知,依据教育学的相关理论,结合国家关于职业教育发展的文件,,与国家关于课程体系改革的相关政策,对我国高职“通识教育课程建设”进行探索。 以我国现有的高职“通识教育课程建设”的内容与制度出发,我国的经济发展现状和社会对高职教育的客观要求,找出高职视角下“通识教育课程建设”存在的不足,分别从“通识教育课程建设”的内容与制度方面出给出相应的对策。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education has occupied half of the higher education in our country. However, it emphasizes the disadvantages of the skill, application and position of higher vocational education. The value of general education lies in the correction and Transcendence of this kind of abuse. The general education will be a concrete and complete person. The purpose of this article is to cultivate qualified citizens who can actively participate in the society and have a sense of social responsibility. This article starts with the connotation of general education, higher vocational education, general education curriculum and general education curriculum construction, and uses investigation and comparison method, literature analysis method and case analysis method to carry out the development of "general education curriculum" in Higher Vocational Education at home and abroad. In contrast, we use charts to analyze the models of general education curriculum construction at home and abroad, and draw the following conclusions:
Through the comparison of the mode of "general education curriculum construction" in various countries, four basic viewpoints are drawn. First, "general education curriculum" is an organic composition of higher vocational education, and it has become the inevitable trend of the development of Higher Vocational Education in the world. The two is that all governments and schools pay more attention to the "general education curriculum construction" in higher vocational education. Degree guarantees the seriousness, standardization and operability of "general education curriculum". Three the content of "general education curriculum construction" is related to the development of the times, the development of the state and the development of schools. Four is the development of "general education curriculum" in higher vocational education, promoting the development of individual, school development and national economic development. "General knowledge of Higher Vocational Education" The construction of education curriculum is an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality of the people and an important support for the brand effect of higher vocational education.
Using the universality and particularity of the contradiction, comparing the experience and lessons of general education in Higher Vocational Education at home and abroad, and summarizing the cognition of the general education curriculum in Chinese traditional culture, according to the relevant theories of education, the relevant national documents on the development of vocational education, and the relevant policies of the state on the reform of the curriculum system, the general knowledge of China's higher vocational education. The construction of education curriculum is explored.
Based on the content and system of "general education curriculum construction" in our country, the current situation of economic development in China and the objective requirements of the society to higher vocational education, we find out the shortcomings of the "general education curriculum construction" from the perspective of higher vocational education, and give the corresponding countermeasures from the content and system of the "general education curriculum construction". Policy.
