基于现代学徒制的高职园林技术专业人才培养模式探索

【摘要】：现代学徒制是职业教育深化工学结合人才培养模式的有效途径之一。以高职园林技术专业为例,从实行招生与招工相融合、深化教学组织与管理、重设专业与实践课程、重构考核与评价体系、建设专兼职教师队伍等方面探讨了现代学徒制人才培养模式。
[Abstract]:Modern apprenticeship system is one of the effective ways for vocational education to deepen the mode of combining work and learning with talents training. Taking the landscape technology major in higher vocational colleges as an example, the author tries to reconstruct the system of examination and evaluation by implementing the integration of enrollment and recruitment, deepening the teaching organization and management, re-setting up the courses of specialty and practice, and reconstructing the system of examination and evaluation. This paper discusses the training mode of modern apprenticeship talents from the aspects of constructing the contingent of full-time and part-time teachers.
