澳大利亚高职教师队伍建设经验及其启示

【摘要】：澳大利亚在高职教师选聘与培养方面有着丰富的经验。借鉴澳大利亚高职院校师资队伍的构成、来源、建设、管理、培训等方面的先进经验,结合我国高等职业教育发展的实际,我国高职教师队伍建设应在遵循统一标准——构建师资培训课程体系、专兼结合——建设"双师型"教师队伍、校企联动——建立培训共同体等方面实现突破。
[Abstract]:Australia has rich experience in the selection and training of teachers in higher vocational education. Drawing lessons from the advanced experience in the field of the composition, source, construction, management, training and so on of the teachers in higher vocational colleges in Australia, and combining with the reality of the development of higher vocational education in our country, The construction of teachers' team in higher vocational colleges in our country should achieve a breakthrough in following the unified standard-constructing the teacher training curriculum system, constructing the "double-qualified" teacher team, establishing the training community with the cooperation of the school and the enterprise, and so on.
