高职院校实施分类培养分层教学模式的探索与实践

【摘要】：文章在分析了高职院校因多元化生源给人才培养带来诸多不利的基础上,提出高职院校分类培养分层教学模式研究。首先分析了目前在多元化生源条件下人才培养存在的基本问题,指出高职院校分类培养与分层教学的必要性;在"掌握学习理论""最近发展区理论"以及"教学最优理论"的指导下,针对高职人才培养的现状,提出了分类培养、分层教学人才培养模式的基本内容;最后提出为了保障高职院校分类培养分层教学模式的实施,必须加强体制机制、条件保障、评价体系的建设等。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the disadvantages brought about by the diversity of students in higher vocational colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the research on the teaching mode of classified training in higher vocational colleges. Firstly, this paper analyzes the basic problems existing in the talent training under the condition of diversified students, and points out the necessity of classified cultivation and stratified teaching in higher vocational colleges. Under the guidance of "mastering learning theory" and "the theory of proximal development area" and "teaching optimum theory", this paper puts forward the basic contents of classified cultivation and stratified teaching talents training mode in view of the present situation of talents cultivation in higher vocational education. Finally, in order to ensure the implementation of the classified and stratified teaching mode in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to strengthen the system mechanism, the condition guarantee, the construction of the evaluation system and so on.
