新加坡职业教育:精英政策的悖论与超越

【摘要】：新加坡职业教育在其建国后得到了快速发展,成为许多国家效仿的成功范例。新加坡一直奉行精英主义治国理念并倡导精英教育,而职业教育的目标和功能与这种精英主义和精英教育从某种意义上说存在悖论。然而,新加坡通过政策的不断调整成功地平衡了这一悖论,并实现了超越,也留下了某些难以解决的问题。
[Abstract]:After the founding of Singapore, vocational education has developed rapidly and has become a successful example for many countries to emulate. Singapore has always pursued the idea of meritocracy and advocated elite education, and the goal and function of vocational education are paradoxical to this elitist and elitist education in a sense. However, Singapore succeeded in balancing this paradox through constant policy adjustments, transcending and leaving behind some intractable problems.
