德国工匠精神培育及借鉴

【摘要】：在中国制造2025的背景下,工匠精神的培育成为重要的话题。厘清工匠与工匠精神是首要的工作。他山之石,可以攻玉。作为工匠精神的典范,德国工匠精神的培育无法脱离其良好的社会氛围,得益于德国深厚的历史文化传统,更离不开德国完善的教育体制。由此,我们要在全社会形成良好的培育工匠精神的氛围,一方面要坚定文化自信,传承工匠精神,开放包容,学习外国经验,另一方面要继续完善职业教育体制。
[Abstract]:Under the background of made in China 2025, the cultivation of craftsman's spirit has become an important topic. Clarifying craftsmen and craftsmen's spirit is a top priority. The stone of other mountains can attack jade. As a model of craftsman spirit, the cultivation of German craftsman spirit can not be divorced from its good social atmosphere, and can not be separated from Germany's profound historical and cultural tradition, but also from Germany's perfect educational system. Therefore, we should form a good atmosphere of cultivating craftsman's spirit in the whole society. On the one hand, we should strengthen cultural self-confidence, pass on the spirit of craftsman, open and tolerant, learn from foreign experience, on the other hand, we should continue to perfect the vocational education system.
