高职本科机械电子工程专业人才培养模式实践探索——以南京工业职业技术学院为例

【摘要】：高职本科作为一种全新的人才培养类型和层次,不是简单的"3+1",也不是应用本科的"转型",而是"全职业化"过程的本科层次的培养模式,南京工业职业技术学院高职本科机械电子工程专业的实践经验表明,在确定人才培养目标和规格的基础上,建立基于工作任务导向的课程体系和教学内容,与企业共同打造实训基地以突显工学结合的高职本科教育特色。
[Abstract]:As a new type and level of talent training, higher vocational undergraduate course is not a simple "31", nor is it the "transformation" of applied undergraduate course, but the training mode of undergraduate level in the process of "full professionalization". The practical experience of mechanical and electronic engineering major in higher vocational college of Nanjing Vocational and Technical College shows that, on the basis of determining the goal and specification of personnel training, the course system and teaching content based on job task orientation are established. To create a training base with enterprises to highlight the characteristics of higher vocational education.
