高职生人格特质与职业决策困难的关系

【摘要】：为探讨高职生人格特质与职业决策困难的表现特点、群体差异以及彼此之间的关系,本研究运用大五人格量表、大学生职业决策因素量表对468名高职生进行调查,调查发现:当前高职生的职业决策困难处于中等水平,前三位是多趋冲突、缺乏决策、专业因素;不同年级的高职生在职业决策困难均分和各因子上都存在显著差异,在人格特质均分及各因子上也存在显著差异;不同专业的高职生在职业决策困难均分及其专业因素因子上存在显著差异,在人格特质均分及除神经质因子外的各维度上也存在显著差异;高职生的人格特质与职业决策困难之间存在非常显著的正相关。因此,人格中的神经质因子对高职生职业决策困难具有显著的预测作用。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the characteristics, group differences and the relationship between personality traits of vocational college students and career decision making difficulties, this study investigated 468 vocational college students by using Big five Personality scale and College students' career decision factors scale. The survey found that the vocational decision-making difficulties of vocational college students are at the middle level, the first three are conflict, lack of decision making and professional factors, and there are significant differences in the average scores and factors of career decision-making difficulties among the students in different grades. There are also significant differences in the average scores of personality traits and factors, and the differences in the average scores of career decision-making difficulties and the factors of professional factors among higher vocational students of different specialties. There are also significant differences in the average score of personality traits and the dimensions except neuroticism factors, and there is a very significant positive correlation between personality traits of vocational college students and career decision-making difficulties. Therefore, the neuroticism factor in personality has a significant predictive effect on career decision-making difficulties of vocational college students.
