高职学生厌学问题及对策研究

【摘要】:在大力发展职业教育的过程中,提升高等职业院校的人才培养质量已经成为一个迫在眉睫的问题。有些高等职业院校的学生存在着学习积极性不高、厌学现象,已严重影响了高职学生的发展,降低了人才培养质量。鉴于此,本论文旨在查找高职学生厌学的问题及表现形式,并对产生的原因进行分析,从而指定相应的对策. 首先,论文对高职学生的学习进行论述,通过对高职学生学习特殊性的论述,分析其厌学原因,从而为制定相应对策奠定基础。 其次,论文从归因理论、期望理论、需要层次理论以及自我效能感理论四个维度对高职学生厌学的原因进行分析,为论文奠定理论基础。 为了了解高职学生厌学的原因,从根本上解决厌学问题,笔者采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方法进行研究。问卷包括48道客观题目,从学生的学习态度、学习主动性、学校课程设置、教师评价等几个维度进行测评,结合数据分析结果,从教育教学这一维度出发,造成高职学生厌学的原因是多方面的:(1)学习基础差、学习方式不当;(2)学习动机缺乏、学习目标不明确;(3)缺乏正确的归因方式;(4)对所学专业缺乏了解;(5)课程设置呆板、教材选用缺乏特色;(6)教师队伍整体素质有待提升;(7)教学评价体系单一;(8)缺乏完善的就业指导与心理咨询。 最后,,笔者在对造成高职学生厌学存在的问题及原因分析后,提出相应策略:(1)激发自身的学习兴趣,培养学习的主动性;(2)帮助学生形成正确的归因方式;(3)调整课程设置结构,突出高职特色;(4)提升教师队伍的整体素质;(5)改善教育评价体系;(6)加强就业指导与心理辅导。
[Abstract]:In the process of developing vocational education vigorously, it has become an urgent problem to improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges. Some students in higher vocational colleges have low learning enthusiasm and weariness, which has seriously affected the development of higher vocational students and reduced the quality of talent training. In view of this, the purpose of this paper is to find out the problems and manifestations of students' weariness in higher vocational education, and to analyze the causes of the problems, so as to assign the corresponding countermeasures. First of all, the paper discusses the study of higher vocational students, through the study of the particularity of higher vocational students, analyzes the reasons for their weariness, so as to lay a foundation for the formulation of corresponding countermeasures. Secondly, the thesis analyzes the causes of students' weariness from the four dimensions of attribution theory, expectation theory, hierarchy theory and self-efficacy theory, which lays a theoretical foundation for the thesis. In order to understand the causes of students' weariness in higher vocational education and to solve the problem of weariness fundamentally, the author adopts the method of combining questionnaire and interview. The questionnaire includes 48 objective questions, which are evaluated from the aspects of students' learning attitude, learning initiative, school curriculum setting, teachers' evaluation, and combining with the results of data analysis, starting from the dimension of education and teaching. The reasons that cause the students to be tired of studying in higher vocational colleges are: (1) poor learning foundation, 2) lack of learning motivation, 3) lack of correct attribution style (4) lack of understanding of the major studied and (5) rigidity of the curriculum, 2) lack of motivation for learning, 3) lack of correct attributional style, 4) lack of understanding of the major studied. The selection of teaching materials is lack of special features (6) the overall quality of the teaching staff needs to be improved 7) the teaching evaluation system is single and lack of perfect employment guidance and psychological counseling. Finally, after analyzing the problems and causes of students' weariness in higher vocational education, the author puts forward the corresponding strategies: 1) arousing one's own interest in learning and cultivating the initiative of learning to help students form a correct attributional style. (3) adjusting the structure of curriculum setting and highlighting the characteristics of higher vocational education; (5) improving the overall quality of the teaching staff; (5) improving the educational evaluation system; (6) strengthening the employment guidance and psychological guidance.
