【摘要】：大学生专业社团是学生活动的第二课堂,它既是高校学生思想政治教育的基地,又在强化学生专业技能,提高职业素质方面发挥着重要的作用。天津职业大学的学生专业社团有一定规模的发展,并形成了自己的管理模式。但仍存在着诸如管理规范、管理环节、管理效果等问题。这些问题表明缺少学校领导层相关的政策支持；学生工作部门对学生专业社团的管理没有形成统一的规范；专业社团内部对其成员的管理制度也不够明确规范。为改变这种状况,首先应转变管理理念,充分认识专业社团建设的意义：其次应完善管理制度,形成相应的管理和监督机制；第三应进一步明确社团建设目标,提高社团活动质量；第四应做到指导和管理相结合,增强专业社团的竞争力；第五借助社会的力量促进社团发展。
[Abstract]:College students' professional association is the second classroom of students' activities. It is not only the base of ideological and political education of college students, but also plays an important role in strengthening students' professional skills and improving their professional quality. The student professional association of Tianjin Vocational University has developed on a certain scale and formed its own management mode. However, there are still some problems such as management standard, management link, management effect and so on. These problems indicate the lack of relevant policy support from the school leadership; the management of student professional associations by the student work department has not formed a unified standard; the management system of the members of the professional associations is not clear enough. In order to change this situation, first of all, we should change the management concept and fully understand the significance of the construction of professional societies; secondly, we should perfect the management system and form the corresponding management and supervision mechanism; To improve the quality of community activities; fourth, to combine guidance and management to enhance the competitiveness of professional societies; fifth, to promote the development of associations with the help of social forces.
