职业院校教师企业实践制度运行问题及对策研究

【摘要】:职业院校教师企业实践制度是提升职业院校教师“双师”素质的关键,是推进现代职业教育体系构建的重要组成部分。近年来,在党和政府系列政策、法规的指导下,职业院校教师企业实践制度实现了重大进展。但同时,职业院校教师企业实践制度问题也逐步引起政府和社会的广泛关注。探究职业院校教师企业实践制度运行不畅的问题及原因,提出职业院校教师企业实践制度有效运行对策对促进职业学校教师专业发展、提高教师专业实践能力和教学水平具有重大意义和实践价值。本研究在系统归纳国内外有关职业院校教师企业实践制度运行的现状,确认西方发达国家职业院校教师企业实践制度体系较为完善,对于我国职业教育发展有很多借鉴之处。与发达国家相比,我国相关研究起步晚,研究内容尚待丰富,研究成果尚待实践,特别是有关职业院校教师企业实践制度运行的现实问题的研究不够深入,基于职业院校教师企业实践制度有效运行对策也亟待完善。在前人相关研究成果的基础上,结合访谈职业院校校企合作领导和参与企业实践专业教师所获得的信息,本研究明确了职业院校教师企业实践制度的制订情况、执行过程及效果、专业教师愿望、企业参与度等情况,分析并确定了职业院校教师企业实践制度运行准备、组织、认知和预期等要素。并以这些制度运行要素为维度编制调查问卷并实施调查,将收集到的有效数据输入SPSS17.0软件,进一步明确制度运行存在配套机制不完善、行业协会和企业参与配合度不高、职业院校组织基础薄弱和教师参与企业实践认知缺乏等问题。进而围绕强化政府职能,进一步优化职业院校教师企业实践制度架构、加快企业实践制度法制化步伐;建立企业共赢机制、发挥行业协会“引力效应”;鼓励职业院校加强管理发挥协调作用;教师在企业实践前期准备、中期融入、后期反思等四个方面提出了一系列具体的对策建议,不仅完善了职业教育教师培养培训制度,而且强化了“双师型”教师队伍建设。
[Abstract]:The enterprise practice system of teachers in vocational colleges is the key to improve the quality of teachers in vocational colleges and universities, and is an important part of promoting the construction of modern vocational education system. In recent years, under the guidance of a series of policies and regulations of the Party and the government, great progress has been made in the practice of teacher enterprises in vocational colleges and universities. But at the same time, the practice system of teachers in vocational colleges and universities has gradually aroused the widespread concern of the government and society. This paper probes into the problems and causes of the poor running of the teachers' enterprise practice system in vocational colleges, and puts forward the countermeasures for the effective operation of the teacher's enterprise practice system in vocational colleges and universities to promote the professional development of teachers in vocational schools. It is of great significance and practical value to improve teachers' professional practical ability and teaching level. This study systematically summarizes the current situation of teacher enterprise practice system in vocational colleges and universities at home and abroad, and confirms that the teacher enterprise practice system of vocational colleges and universities in western developed countries is relatively perfect, which has many references for the development of vocational education in our country. Compared with the developed countries, the related research in our country starts late, the research content needs to be rich, the research results need to be put into practice, especially the research on the practical problems of the practice system of teachers' enterprises in vocational colleges and universities is not deep enough. The effective operation countermeasures based on the practice system of teachers' enterprises in vocational colleges and universities need to be consummated. On the basis of previous relevant research results, combined with the information obtained by interviewing the teachers of the vocational colleges and universities to lead and participate in the practice of enterprises, this study clarifies the establishment of the corporate practice system for teachers in vocational colleges and universities. The process and effect of execution, the desire of professional teachers, the degree of enterprise participation, etc., are analyzed and determined. The factors of preparation, organization, cognition and expectation of teachers' practice system in vocational colleges and universities are analyzed and determined. Taking these operating elements as the dimension, the questionnaire is compiled and the investigation is carried out, and the effective data collected are input into SPSS 17.0 software. It is further clear that there are imperfect supporting mechanisms in the system operation, and the degree of cooperation between industry associations and enterprises is not high. The organizational foundation of vocational colleges is weak and the teachers' lack of practical cognition. Then, by strengthening the functions of the government, further optimizing the institutional framework of teachers' enterprise practice in vocational colleges and universities, speeding up the legalization of the enterprise practice system, establishing a win-win mechanism for enterprises and giving play to the "gravitational effect" of trade associations; To encourage vocational colleges to strengthen management and play a coordinating role, teachers put forward a series of concrete countermeasures and suggestions in the four aspects of enterprise practice preparation, intermediate integration, and late reflection, which not only improved the training and training system of vocational education teachers, but also improved the training and training system of teachers in vocational education. Moreover, it strengthens the construction of "double-qualified" teachers.
