反思与重构:高职学生就业质量探析

【摘要】：就业质量是描述我国高职院校学生就业状况的重要指标。人才培养对接社会需求的程度和就业状况满足个体需要的程度分别构成就业质量评价的社会标准和个体标准。从现实的状况来看,我国高职学生就业质量问题凸显。高职教育的专业设置与国民经济发展需要之间存在结构性矛盾、高职学生的职业胜任力不足、就业状况未能充分满足劳动者的生存性需要、精神性需要与发展性需要。高等职业教育的内涵式发展是提升就业质量的内驱力,高职院校要树立"分类培养"的理念、创新人才培养模式、注重对学生的精神教化。
[Abstract]:The quality of employment is an important index to describe the employment situation of students in higher vocational colleges. The degree of social demand and the degree of satisfying the individual need of employment condition constitute the social standard and individual standard of employment quality evaluation respectively. From the point of view of reality, the problem of employment quality of higher vocational students in our country is prominent. There is a structural contradiction between the specialty setup of higher vocational education and the needs of national economic development. The vocational competence of higher vocational students is insufficient, and the employment situation can not fully meet the survival needs of workers, spiritual needs and developmental needs. The implicit development of higher vocational education is the driving force of improving the quality of employment. Higher vocational colleges should set up the concept of "classified cultivation", innovate the training mode of talents, and pay attention to the spiritual education of students.
