广西中职学校外部公共关系问题与对策研究

【摘要】:随着市场经济制度的逐步完善,中等职业学校不仅要处理好学校内部公共关系,而且还要重视日益复杂的外部公共关系。学校管理是对学校资源的合理配置,这就需要学校不仅要保证学校内部管理的有序化,而且还要不断根据市场的变化重视和处理好与行政部门、企业、行业、生源学校、兄弟院校以及家长等之间的外部公共关系。职业学校加强对外交往是职业教育特性的要求,是学校生存和发展的关键。从学校高质量人才的培养,双师型师资队伍的建设,学校办学经费的筹集,到学生的就业等方面,都离不开学校与外部关系的协调与合作。而要处理好学校外部公共关系,不单单是学校领导层的事情,还需要全体师生的共同努力。 广西地处大西南沿海、沿边地区,属于中国——东盟自由贸易区大基地,区位优势明显。在北部湾发展战略下,广西中等职业教育如学校外部公关面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。目前北部湾经济区经济快速发展,产业结构得到优化升级。因此,对人才的需求量增大,专业的类型需要多样。在这种形势下,学校要根据区域市场的需求,调整专业和课程设置,并加强与企业的沟通与合作,争取更多新的外部支持。本文通过问卷调查、访谈法和文献研究法等,对广西中等职业学校外部公共关系的现状及存在的问题进行分析,并辅以访谈法搜集的资料为基础,分析影响中职学校外部公共关系的因素;最后再以案例呈现和相关访谈纪实的形式进行分析,并对问题有针对性地提出相关的策略。结果表明中职学校要搞好与外部公共关系的沟通,,领导及教师要加强对外交往观念,提升个人能力;学校的公关及形象制度要健全;对外交往中,要讲究交际策略;要科学和加强公关关系工作程序的运用。
[Abstract]:With the gradual improvement of market economy system, secondary vocational schools should not only deal with the internal public relations, but also attach importance to the increasingly complex external public relations. School management is the rational allocation of school resources, which requires schools not only to ensure orderly management within schools, but also to constantly attach importance to and deal with administrative departments, enterprises, industries, and schools of student origin in accordance with changes in the market. External public relations between fraternal institutions and parents. Strengthening foreign communication in vocational schools is the requirement of the characteristics of vocational education and the key to the survival and development of schools. From the cultivation of high-quality talents, the construction of double-qualified teachers, the raising of school funds to the employment of students, the coordination and cooperation between school and external relations are indispensable. To deal with the external public relations, not only the school leadership, but also the joint efforts of all teachers and students. Guangxi is located in the southwest coast, along the border area, belongs to China-ASEAN Free Trade area big base, the location superiority is obvious. Under the development strategy of Beibu Gulf, Guangxi secondary vocational education, such as school external public relations, is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. At present, the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone has developed rapidly and the industrial structure has been optimized and upgraded. Therefore, the demand for talent increases, professional types need diversity. In this situation, the school should adjust the specialty and curriculum according to the demand of the regional market, strengthen the communication and cooperation with the enterprise, and strive for more new external support. Through questionnaire investigation, interview and literature research, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of external public relations in secondary vocational schools in Guangxi, which is based on the data collected by interview method. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the external public relations of secondary vocational schools. Finally, the paper analyzes the problems in the form of case presentation and related interviews, and puts forward relevant strategies. The results show that the secondary vocational schools should communicate well with the external public relations, leaders and teachers should strengthen the concept of external communication, enhance their personal ability, improve the public relations and image system of the school, pay attention to the communication strategy in the external communication. To science and strengthen the use of public relations working procedures.
