发达地区职业教育质量提升的理念机制和实践体系

【摘要】：经济发展和科技进步对职业教育人才的需求发生变化,发达地区职业教育规模缩小程度远大于全国平均水平,迫切要求职业教育由规模发展向质量内涵发展转移,运用现代职业教育质量保障理论,借鉴国际组织和世界发达国家和地区质量保障的做法,遵循我国职业教育发展复杂现状和自身规律,建立以学生为中心和持续改进的质量观、内驱与外推相结合、优化各方职能、加强质量反馈、全面管理质量生成过程的理念机制,从专业设置、内涵建设、校企合作、教师准入、教学资源、制度体系、课堂效能等方面建立起提升职业教育质量的实践体系。
[Abstract]:The demand for vocational education talents has changed in economic development and scientific and technological progress. The scale of vocational education in developed areas is much smaller than the national average. It is urgently required that vocational education be transferred from scale development to quality connotation development. By using the theory of quality assurance of modern vocational education, drawing lessons from the practice of quality assurance in international organizations and developed countries and regions in the world, and following the complex present situation and its own law of vocational education development in China, the author establishes a quality view of student-centered and continuous improvement. Combining internal drive with extrapolation, optimizing the functions of all parties, strengthening quality feedback, managing the conceptual mechanism of quality generation process, from professional setting, connotation construction, cooperation between school and enterprise, teacher access, teaching resources, system, Classroom efficiency and other aspects to improve the quality of vocational education practice system.
