中职学生健康人格培养模式的构建

【摘要】:近年来,国家大力发展职业教育,通过兴办职业院校来为国家培养技能合格的技能型人才。而中职学校在这个领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。随着社会和时代的发展,人们也越来越关注职业教育,但尽管如此,中职教育却并没有成为全社会的关注重点,尤其是中职学生的心理健康教育。 随着国家不断强调素质教育,学生的心理教育也得到不断重视。重点体现在重视学生的心理教育,重视学生的人格健康。而中职生基本上都是中考失败以后进入中职学校的,经过三年学习后,就会离开学校进入工作岗位,所以他们所面临的是中考失败的心理压力和三年后迈入社会的就业压力。如果学生的这些压力没有得到正确的引导,这将会对他们的心理健康造成一个极不好的影响。为此,加强对中职学生心理健康的教育是当务之急。 对于中职学校来说,学生的心理健康教育应该属于政治教育的组成部分。而且心理健康教育有着重要的意义。它可以引导学生正确看待自己,看待社会,积极的面对人生中的困难,健全自己的健康人格。目前各中职学校都开展了中职学生的心理健康教育课程。加强学生的心理健康教育,不仅是学校的政治工作需要,也是学校进行素质教育的有效途径。如果不重视中职学生心理健康教育,就会使学生的素质存在这样或那样的问题,会阻碍学生的健康发展。本课题以上饶市中等专业学校的学生为实例,探讨培养中职学生心理健康的策略方法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, vocational education has been greatly developed and vocational colleges have been set up to train qualified skilled talents for the country. Secondary vocational schools play a more and more important role in this field. With the development of society and times, people pay more and more attention to vocational education, but in spite of this, secondary vocational education has not become the focus of the whole society, especially the mental health education of secondary vocational students. With the national emphasis on quality education, the psychological education of students has been paid more attention. Emphasis is placed on students' psychological education and students' personality health. The secondary vocational school students are basically after the failure of the secondary vocational school, after three years of study, they will leave the school to enter the job, so they are faced with the psychological pressure of failure in the entrance examination and three years later into the social pressure of employment. If students' stress is not properly guided, it will have a very bad effect on their mental health. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the mental health education of secondary vocational school students. For secondary vocational schools, students' mental health education should be part of political education. And mental health education has important significance. It can guide students to look at themselves correctly, to view society, to face difficulties in life and to perfect their healthy personality. At present, all secondary vocational schools have carried out mental health education courses for secondary vocational school students. Strengthening students' mental health education is not only the need of school political work, but also an effective way to carry out quality education. If we don't pay attention to the mental health education of the secondary vocational school students, there will be some problems in the quality of the students, which will hinder the healthy development of the students. Taking the students of Shangrao secondary vocational school as an example, this paper discusses the strategies of cultivating the mental health of secondary vocational school students.
