技工院校一体化师资队伍培养管理研究

【摘要】:随着国家产业结构调整升级、第三次全国职业教育工作会议的召开及《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》文件的发布实施,对技能人才的培养质量提出了新的要求。2009年人力资源和社会保障部(以下简称人社部)已率先在全国技工院校启动了以提高技能人才培养质量为目标的一体化课程教学改革试点,试点五年来,取得了突出的实效。2013年9月又正式颁布了《技工院校一体化教师标准(试行)》。这些举措,对加快培养满足经济社会发展的技能人才发挥了重要作用。但是,各技工院校一体化师资队伍的数量和结构尚不能满足要求。本研究立足于发挥技工院校自身在一体化师资队伍建设上的主体作用,对北京市工业技师学院在一体化师资队伍建设工作上的成功经验和不足进行了分析,在此基础上,借鉴发达国家职业教育师资队伍培养经验、能力标准结构,对北京市工业技师学院的一体化师资队伍的培养模式、实施要点进行了归纳和改进,从系统规划一体化师资队伍,优化一体化教师培训方案,抓住专家级教师培养关键,完善规划、培养、认定、聘任、评价、激励等管理机制方面,提出了技工院校的一体化师资队伍培养管理建议。这些研究成果是一体化师资队伍培养管理研究上的创新。希望能够对技工院校专业教师规划自身职业生涯发展,对技工院校一体化师资队伍建设工作提供帮助和参考,为推动一体化师资队伍的系统化、规范化培养,促进一体化课程教学改革的深化,进而提高技能人才的培养质量做出努力和贡献!
[Abstract]:With the adjustment and upgrading of the national industrial structure, the holding of the third National Conference on Vocational Education and the release and implementation of the "decision on speeding up the Development of Modern Vocational Education", In 2009, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) has taken the lead in launching an integrated course aimed at improving the quality of skilled personnel training in technical colleges and universities throughout the country. Pilot program teaching reform, In the past five years, the pilot project has achieved outstanding results. In September 2013, the Standard for Integrated Teachers in Technical Colleges and Universities (trial) was formally promulgated. These measures have played an important role in speeding up the training of skilled personnel to meet the needs of economic and social development. However, the number and structure of the technical colleges and universities can not meet the requirements. Based on the main role of technical colleges and universities in the construction of integrated teachers, this paper analyzes the successful experiences and shortcomings of Beijing Institute of Industrial Mechanics in the construction of integrated teachers, on the basis of which, Based on the experience of teachers training in vocational education in developed countries and the standard structure of ability, the paper summarizes and improves the training mode and key points of the integrated teaching staff of Beijing Institute of Industrial Mechanics, and systematically plans the integrated teaching staff. In order to optimize the integrated teacher training scheme, to grasp the key points of teacher training at the expert level, to perfect the management mechanism of planning, training, recognizing, appointing, evaluating, encouraging and so on, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the training and management of the integrated teaching staff in technical colleges and universities. These research results are the innovation of the research on the training and management of the integrated teaching staff. It is hoped that it can provide help and reference for the professional teachers in technical colleges to plan their own professional career development, to provide help and reference for the construction of the integrated teaching staff, and to promote the systematization and standardized cultivation of the integrated teaching staff. Promote the deepening of integrated curriculum teaching reform, and then improve the quality of skilled personnel to make efforts and contributions!
