高职院校人文素质教育的问题与对策研究

【摘要】:随着经济产业结构的升级与调整,用人单位对高职毕业生的素质要求也不断提高,单纯“技能型”的人才培养模式显然已经不适应现代经济社会的发展要求,提高毕业生职业素养,进行人文素质教育,已成为高职院校教育改革的重要议题。 本文基于对高职院校人文素质教育的理解,在已有研究的基础上,通过文献分析法,访谈法等研究方法,阐述了高职院校人文素质教育的内涵,,存在的问题并提出了相应的对策。第一章主要明确了研究的目的和意义、选题的依据、研究方法和创新点;第二章通过对比、分析五所高职院校的人才培养目标,将高职院校人文素质教育的内涵界定为思想政治素质、职业素质、身心素质和文化修养四个方面;第三章通过对五所高职院校相关资料和数据的分析,发现高职院校的人文素质教育主要在人才培养目标的定位、课程的设置、实施的方式方法、教师队伍的素质四个方面存在问题;第四章针对第三章的问题提出了加强和改进高职院校人文素质教育的对策。首先,高职院校应转变“重技能轻人文”的传统观念,要树立专门技术教育和人文素质教育同等重要、并重发展的观念,把人文素质教育准确地纳入人才培养目标,确立人文素质教育在人才培养中的地位;其次,合理构建人文素质教育的课程体系,以“够用”、“少而精”为原则;再次,采用多种方式,拓展人文素质的空间。在专业课程教学过程中、实习实训和社会实践过程中渗透人文素质教育,加强校园文化建设,营造良好的氛围。最后,提高教师的人文素质教育能力。 富有高职特色人文素质教育对策的提出是本研究的重点,在一定程度上不仅丰富了高职院校人文素质教育的理论研究,同时也对高职院校从各个方面开展人文素质教育具有一定的指导作用。
[Abstract]:With the upgrading and adjustment of the economic industrial structure, the quality requirements of the employing units for the graduates of higher vocational education have also been continuously raised. The "skillful" talent training model has obviously not been able to meet the requirements of the development of the modern economic society. It has become an important topic in the reform of higher vocational education to improve the professional quality of graduates and carry out humanistic quality education. Based on the understanding of humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges, this paper expounds the connotation of humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges by means of literature analysis, interview and other research methods. The existing problems and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The first chapter mainly clarifies the purpose and significance of the research, the basis of the topic, the research methods and innovation points; the second chapter, through comparison, analyzes the talent training objectives of the five higher vocational colleges. The connotation of humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges is defined as ideological and political quality, professional quality, physical and mental quality and cultural accomplishment. It is found that the humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges has some problems in four aspects: the orientation of talent training goal, the course setting, the way and method of implementation, and the quality of teachers. The fourth chapter puts forward countermeasures to strengthen and improve humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges. First of all, higher vocational colleges should change the traditional concept of "attaching importance to skill and neglecting humanity", set up the concept that specialized technical education and humanistic quality education are equally important, and attach equal importance to development, and bring humanistic quality education into the goal of personnel training accurately. To establish the position of humanistic quality education in the cultivation of talents; secondly, to construct the curriculum system of humanistic quality education reasonably, with the principle of "sufficient" and "few but fine"; thirdly, to expand the space of humanistic quality by adopting various ways. In the course of professional course teaching, humanistic quality education is infiltrated in the process of practice and social practice, the construction of campus culture is strengthened, and a good atmosphere is created. Finally, improve teachers' humanistic quality education ability. To some extent, it not only enriches the theoretical research of humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges, but also puts forward the countermeasures of humanistic quality education with characteristics of higher vocational education. At the same time, it also has a certain guiding role to carry out humanistic quality education from all aspects in higher vocational colleges.
