现代学徒制典型性问题的分析与破解——基于广东现代学徒制标准研制的实践视角

【摘要】：当前,我国职业教育探索试行现代学徒制已上升为国家意志,随着国家首批现代学徒制试点的不断深入,诸如"伪学徒制""非现代"等典型性问题也逐步浮出水面,并影响着我国现代学徒制试点向纵深开展。以广东现代学徒制标准研制实践为研究视角,通过分析现代学徒制标准研制中的人才高端培养、学徒在岗成才、典型工作任务引领、学历岗位兼顾等四大关键性问题,以标准的方式去除我国现代学徒制中的"伪学徒制""非现代"等因素,破解一系列现代学徒制典型性问题。
[Abstract]:At present, the exploration and trial of modern apprenticeship system in vocational education in our country has become the national will. With the deepening of the first batch of modern apprenticeship system in China, the typical problems such as "pseudo-apprenticeship" and "non-modern" have gradually surfaced. And influence our country modern apprenticeship system pilot to develop in depth. From the perspective of Guangdong modern apprenticeship standard development practice, this paper analyzes the four key problems in the development of modern apprenticeship standard, such as the high-end cultivation of talents, the apprenticeship in the post, the typical task leading, and the educational background. In order to solve a series of typical problems of modern apprenticeship system, the factors of "pseudo-apprenticeship system" and "non-modern" are removed in the standard way.
