从校企合作看职业教育的制度设计与组织、个体行为选择

【摘要】:校企合作是职业教育的一种重要制度,政府、行业企业、职业学校、学生及家长都是其重要参与主体。制度设计过程中应当系统思考各相关主体参与校企合作的关键影响因素,并进一步强化行业企业和学生个体参与校企合作的选择权与话语权,从而进一步构建校企合作长效机制,有效提高职业教育政策满意度。
[Abstract]:School-to-enterprise cooperation is an important system of vocational education. Government, enterprises, vocational schools, students and parents are important participants. In the process of system design, we should systematically consider the key factors that the relevant subjects participate in the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and further strengthen the right of choice and voice of enterprises and students to participate in the cooperation between schools and enterprises. In order to further build a long-term school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, effectively improve vocational education policy satisfaction.
