中等职业学校人力资源管理研究

【摘要】:我国加工业、制造业等行业自改革开放以来都有了飞速的发展。其生产模式也由最初的粗放型、资源型、人力密集型逐渐向专业化、精细化的生产模式转变;飞速发展的制造业和加工业需要大量的劳动力资源,我国存在着广大的农民工群体;时至今日,这些只能从事简单体力劳动的群体已经难以适应当今产业夫人发展对用工的需求;中国需要大量的受过一定职业教育并具有一定技能的产业工人,广大的农民工群体需要专业的、优质的、完善的职业教育来使其能够有一技之长。但从实际来看,中国现有的中等职业教育并不能够完全满足这种需求;规模小、水平参差不齐、缺乏专业的、稳定的教职工队伍是我国中等指教教育领域需要面对的最突出的问题。 鉴于上述情况,本文作者在认真研读了大量国内外学者关于职业教育与人力资源管理方面的著作与文章的基础上结合自身对我国中等职业教育的认识与理解,对当前国内中等职业教育人力资源管理的现状进行分析与解读,并提出了一些自己的观点与建议。 本文选用了问卷调查的方式对某中等职业技术学校的现状进行了调查,,从中筛选出与人力资源管理相关的部分,进行分析、统计与整理,并与我国中等职业教育学校人力资源管理的现状相结合,总结出一些中等职业教育学校人力资源管理方面的思路。 本文在理论与实际相结合的基础上提出了我国中等职业教育学校人力资源管理方面的一些措施与模式。主要应包括以下几个方面:利用现有资源创造良好的硬件环境;制定合理的人力资源规划;合理、明确的选聘人才;合理的优化配置人力资源;制定教职工培训与素质提升计划;制定合理的激励制度。并对其进行了详细的阐述。 在文章的最后,着重阐述了人力资源管理对我国中等职业教育发展乃至对国家对社会的发展的重要性。指出了我国中等职业教育与发达国家职业教育在人力资源管理领域存在的差距与不同,并提出了一些合理化建议。
[Abstract]:China's processing industry, manufacturing and other industries since the reform and opening up has a rapid development. Its production model has also changed from the original extensive, resource-based and labor-intensive production model to a specialized and meticulous production model. The rapid development of manufacturing and processing industries requires a large number of labor resources. There are many migrant workers in our country, these groups who can only engage in simple manual labor have been unable to adapt to the demand for employment in the development of today's industry. China needs a large number of industrial workers with certain vocational education and certain skills, and the vast number of migrant workers need professional, high-quality and perfect vocational education to enable them to have a single skill. However, in reality, China's existing secondary vocational education cannot fully meet this demand; it is small in scale, uneven in level, and lacking in specialty. Stable teaching staff is the most prominent problem in the field of secondary education. In view of the above situation, the author has carefully studied a large number of domestic and foreign scholars' works and articles on vocational education and human resource management, combined with his own understanding of secondary vocational education in China. This paper analyzes and interprets the present situation of human resource management of secondary vocational education in China, and puts forward some views and suggestions. The present situation of a secondary vocational and technical school is investigated by questionnaire, and the relevant parts of human resource management are selected, analyzed, counted and sorted out. Combined with the current situation of human resource management in secondary vocational education schools, the author sums up some ideas on human resource management in secondary vocational education schools. Based on the combination of theory and practice, this paper puts forward some measures and models of human resource management in secondary vocational education schools in China. It should include the following aspects: making use of existing resources to create a good hardware environment; formulating reasonable human resources planning; selecting and hiring talents rationally and clearly; optimizing the allocation of human resources; Formulate training and quality improvement plan for teaching staff; establish reasonable incentive system. And it is described in detail. At the end of the article, the importance of human resource management to the development of secondary vocational education and to the development of society is emphasized. This paper points out the gap and difference between secondary vocational education in China and vocational education in developed countries in the field of human resource management, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
