经费投入视角下企业举办职业教育发展研究

【摘要】：企业举办、参与职业教育在我国由来已久。对其近年来经费投入情况的分析表明:企业办职业教育是企业办学占比最大的教育类型;财政预算内拨款企业办职业教育与政府办职业院校的差距悬殊;企业办高职院校中企业拨款占经费收入的比例保持在20%以上;企业办职业院校的学费收入中,企业办中职的学费比例远高于政府办职业学校。数据显示,企业举办职业教育的企业投入较大。结合我国企业举办职业教育的政策文本分析得出,鼓励企业举办职业教育的政策仍很不完善。企业办职业教育已经被证明在校企合作、学生实习实训、就业、师资队伍培养与培训等方面有着天然的优势,是职业教育事业的优质资源,有待被充分利用,需要通过制定相关支持政策,重新点燃企业举办职业教育的热情。
[Abstract]:Enterprises hold, participate in vocational education in our country for a long time. The analysis of the financial input in recent years shows that the enterprise run vocational education is the largest type of education, and the gap between the financial budget allocated between the enterprise and the government vocational education is wide. In higher vocational colleges, the proportion of funds allocated by enterprises to the income of funds is kept above 20%, and the proportion of tuition fees of vocational colleges run by enterprises is much higher than that of vocational schools run by the government. The data show that the enterprises that hold vocational education invest a lot. Based on the analysis of the policy text of vocational education in Chinese enterprises, it is concluded that the policy of encouraging enterprises to organize vocational education is still far from perfect. Enterprise run vocational education has been proved to have natural advantages in such aspects as cooperation between schools and enterprises, student practice, employment, teacher training and training, etc. It is a high-quality resource for vocational education and needs to be fully utilized. We need to rekindle the enthusiasm of enterprises to hold vocational education by making relevant supporting policies.
