江西省农村中职学校生源困境调查和研究

【摘要】：中等职业教育是职业教育的重要组成部分，是推动社会进步的重要力量。近年来，，江西经济的快速发展，急需大量技能型人才，而负有培养技能型人才的中职学校却面临招生困难的问题。生源困境制约着我省中职教育的可持续发展，影响了建设富裕和谐秀美江西的长远目标。因此，研究江西中职学校招生现状，分析成因，寻求解决方案成为亟待解决的课题。 本文以江西省中职学校为研究对象，通过调查访谈，对中职学校招生现状、原因及解决对策进行了研究。第一章提出了选题背景、目的与意义，介绍了研究思路与方法。第二章阐述了相关概念及理论基础。第三章介绍了中职学校在招生数量、学生质量、学生学习生活情况和教师生存状况中存在的问题等。第四章分析了江西省中职学校招生困难的原因。第五章从教育观念、政府监管和投入、学校自我建设以及家庭教育等方面提出了解决对策。第六章对本文作了总结，并提出了中职教育的发展方向。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education and an important force to promote social progress. In recent years, with the rapid development of Jiangxi economy, a large number of skilled talents are urgently needed, but the secondary vocational schools which are responsible for cultivating skilled talents are facing the problem of recruiting students. The difficult situation of students restricts the sustainable development of secondary vocational education in our province, and affects the long-term goal of building a prosperous, harmonious and beautiful Jiangxi province. Therefore, it is an urgent task to study the current enrollment situation of Jiangxi secondary vocational schools, analyze the causes and seek solutions. This paper takes Jiangxi Province secondary vocational school as the research object, through the investigation interview, has carried on the research to the secondary vocational school enrollment present situation, the reason and the solution countermeasure. The first chapter proposes the background, purpose and significance of the topic, and introduces the research ideas and methods. The second chapter describes the related concepts and theoretical basis. The third chapter introduces the problems existing in the number of students, the quality of students, the living conditions of students and the living conditions of teachers in secondary vocational schools. The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons for the difficulties in enrollment of secondary vocational schools in Jiangxi Province. The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures from the aspects of educational concept, government supervision and investment, school self-construction and family education. Chapter six summarizes this article and puts forward the developing direction of secondary vocational education.
