战略联盟视角下职业院校生源稀缺问题研究

【摘要】：职业教育是我国教育体系中不可缺少的一个重要部分。各地区的职业教育组织都可以在现阶段市场经济快速发展的宏观背景下充分获得学校自身发展的动力,同时也能整体推进并加快我国教育的大众化。 现阶段的职业教育面临着一个比较大的问题,就是生源稀缺问题。生源是保障学校有效开展教育工作的基础所在。一所学校即便是具有优秀的教育资源却没有实施对象,那么一切都是空谈。普通高校近年来的不断扩招更使得职业院校的生源问题更加明显的暴露了出来。大部分职业院校连最起码的完成招生指标也开始显得尤为困难。建职业院校之间或是职业院校与高校间的合作性战略联盟,可以很好的解决这一问题。战略联盟并不是一种新的合作形式,虽然最初应用于军事领域,但现在已经越来越多的被应该用在商业以及其它领域的合作当中。建立战略联盟的构建基础就是同行业的几个组织具有共同的战略目标和共同利益出发点。同时为了在资源高效利用和节省成本的前提下共同拥有更多的市场份额所做出的战略性合作。 本研究通过对职业院校生源问题的成因和具体情况进行分析,从研究中知道职业院校具有一定的企业属性。通过对职业院校价值链的分析,寻找同一区域或不同区域间职业院校的共同目标和利益后,建立合作关系,共享稀缺的生源资源和优秀的教育资源,开发某一单独院校的发展潜力和核心竞争力,合理构建职业院校间或职业院校和高校间的战略联盟。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is an indispensable part of our educational system. The vocational education organizations in various regions can get the impetus of the school's own development under the macro background of the rapid development of the market economy at present, and at the same time, they can promote and speed up the popularization of education in our country as a whole. At this stage, vocational education is faced with a relatively large problem, that is, the scarcity of students. The source of students is the foundation of ensuring the school to carry out the education work effectively. Even if a school has excellent educational resources but no implementation object, then everything is empty talk. In recent years, the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities has exposed the problem of students. Most vocational schools are starting to find it particularly difficult to meet minimum enrollment targets. The establishment of a cooperative strategic alliance between vocational colleges or vocational colleges and universities can solve this problem very well. Strategic alliances are not a new form of cooperation. Although they were originally used in the military field, they are now being used more and more in commercial and other fields of cooperation. The foundation of establishing strategic alliance is that several organizations in the same trade have common strategic objectives and common interest starting points. At the same time in order to use resources efficiently and save cost under the premise of sharing more market share to make strategic cooperation. Through the analysis of the causes and the specific conditions of the problem of students in vocational colleges and universities, we know that vocational colleges and universities have certain enterprise attributes. Through the analysis of the value chain of vocational colleges and universities, after finding out the common goals and interests of vocational colleges in the same region or different regions, we should establish a cooperative relationship and share scarce student resources and excellent educational resources. To develop the development potential and core competitiveness of a single college, and to construct the strategic alliance between vocational colleges and universities.
