高职院校档案人才队伍建设问题及对策

【摘要】：高职院校在档案人才队伍建设中存在着一些实际性问题,通过对问题的分析可知,要加强高职院校档案人才队伍建设,必须优化人员队伍结构、提高学识水平和服务质量,创新档案人才队伍机制,对做好档案管理工作具有积极的现实意义。
[Abstract]:There are some practical problems in the construction of archival talents in higher vocational colleges. Through the analysis of the problems, we can see that in order to strengthen the construction of archival talents in higher vocational colleges, we must optimize the structure of personnel, improve the level of knowledge and the quality of service. It is of positive practical significance to innovate the mechanism of archival talent team to do well the archival management work.
