职业教育深化产教融合的缺失与优化路径分析

【摘要】：当前职业教育产教融合的缺失主要表现为:认知不够,管理体制、运行机制、制度法规不健全,发展不均衡,"双师型"教师缺乏等。提升产教融合的路径包括:从外部环境层面优化产教融合相关的社会文化、科学技术、经济和法律环境;从策略层面做好顶层设计,完善组织结构,建立科学的决策体系,理顺经费保障机制及其与产业对话机制;从制度层面构建产教融合的相关法律法规;从机制层面推进产教融合模式向纵深发展。
[Abstract]:At present, the lack of integration of production and teaching in vocational education is mainly manifested in the following aspects: lack of cognition, management system, operating mechanism, imperfect system and regulations, unbalanced development, lack of "double qualified" teachers and so on. The ways to promote the integration of industry and education include: optimizing the social culture, science and technology, economy and legal environment related to the integration of industry and education from the external environment level; doing well the top-level design from the strategic level, perfecting the organizational structure, establishing the scientific decision-making system, Straighten out the fund guarantee mechanism and its dialogue mechanism with industry; construct the relevant laws and regulations of the integration of industry and education from the system level; promote the pattern of integration of industry and education to develop in depth from the level of mechanism.
